P	Peter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bankomatkarte wird nicht akzeptiert. Argument, der Bankomat ist über der Bundesstraße. Die Überquerung ist doch relativ gefährlich. Das Essen, vorallem die Strudel sind sehr gut. AAABER eine Halbe Bier um 4,90€ ist einfach nur eine gemeine Abzocke. Apfelsaft mit Leitungswasser um 3,90€ ist auch kein Schnäppchen. Ich fahre demnächst nur noch vorbei. Debit cards are not accepted. Argument, the ATM is over the federal highway. The crossing is relatively dangerous. The food, especially the strudel, is very good. AAABER a pint of beer for 4.90 € is just a mean rip off. Apple juice with tap water for € 3.90 is not a bargain either. I'll just drive past soon.

T	Thomas Manfreda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warum nur 3 Sterne? Beginnen wir mit dem Lob: + 1.)sehr familiäres Ambiente,liebevoll gestaltet und geführtes Hotel. Man fühlt sich heimelig und willkommen 2) sehr freundliche Angestellte 3)überraschend ruhig für ein Hunde liebendes Hotel 4.) Sehr gute Küche (einziges Manko beim 4 Gänge Menü lediglich die Hauptspeise mit Vegetarischer Alternative) 5) Frühstück bietet alles was man sich wünscht (wobei der frühe Vogel fängt bekanntlich den Wurm, spät frühstücken verringert das Angebot massiv.) 6) die Seniors sind sehr sehr nett,und kümmern sich wirklich sofort nach ihren Möglichkeiten um euer Anliegen 7) selten so nette und höfliche Gäste erlebt - 1) kein freier Zugang zum Spa Bereich (max 1stunde pro Gast und dann auch nur 1 Sauna obwohl man ja eig. den normalen Preis zahlt) 2) Schimmel in der Dusche an mehreren Stellen 3) Dusche generell kein Druck und nur partiell warmes Wasser. 4)auf Nachfrage für Wanderrouten wurde leider gar nichts geliefert. Haben nach suche am 2ten Tag von der netten Kellnerin eine Wanderkarte erhalten. 5) auf Nachfrage welche Unternehmungen man bei Regen durchführen kann,wurde Tauern Spa(Rezension auf meinem Profil dazu) erwähnt und das Gespräch einfach abgebrochen.(sich einem anderen Gast zugewandt) ~ 1) zu Tisch beim Abendessen bis 19:30 ist doch etwas früh mmn aber daran kann man sich ja anpassen. Fazit: Ein nettes kleines Hotel, von dem aus man schöne Wandertouren machen kann.(plant diese im vorraus und erwartet nicht regionale Empfehlungen) Mit Frühstück,Jause die man sich immer richten darf,den hausgemachten müsliriegeln ist man top vorbereitet für jede Tour. Doch wie gesagt plant genau denn um 19:30 müsst ihr wieder beim Abendessen sitzen ;) Jeder ders Urig mag wird sich hier wohl fühlen. PS Hochkönig Tour(hauptanstieg) ist mit 12h angeschrieben durch die Limitierung von ab 8 Frühstück und bis 19:30 zu Tisch,kann es sehr stressig werden. 3 Sterne für einen guten und netten Aufenthalt. Why only 3 stars? Let's start with the praise: + 1.) very familiar atmosphere, lovingly designed and run hotel. You feel at home and welcome 2) very friendly employees 3) surprisingly quiet for a dog loving hotel 4.) Very good cuisine (the only drawback with the 4-course menu is only the main course with a vegetarian alternative) 5) Breakfast offers everything you could wish for (although the early bird catches the worm, as is well known, having breakfast late reduces the offer massively.) 6) the seniors are very, very nice and really take care of your concerns as soon as they can 7) seldom experienced such nice and polite guests - 1) no free access to the spa area (max. 1 hour per guest and then only 1 sauna although you pay the normal price) 2) Mold in the shower in several places 3) Shower generally no pressure and only partially warm water. 4) Unfortunately, nothing was delivered when asked for hiking routes. After searching, we received a hiking map from the nice waitress on the 2nd day. 5) when asked what activities you can do in the rain, Tauern Spa (review on my profile) was mentioned and the conversation was simply broken off (turned to another guest) ~ 1) at dinner until 7.30 p.m. it is a bit early, but you can adapt to that. Conclusion: A nice little hotel, from which you can make beautiful hiking tours. (Plan these in advance and do not expect regional recommendations) With breakfast, snack that you can always make your own, the homemade cereal bars you are well prepared for every tour. But as I said, plan exactly because at 7:30 p.m. you have to sit down for dinner again Everyone who likes rustic will feel at home here. PS Hochkönig Tour (main ascent) is marked with 12h due to the limitation of 8 breakfast and until 7.30 p.m. at the table, it can be very stressful. 3 stars for a good and nice stay.

Wir waren sehr begeistert von leckerem Essen und dem super freundlichen Service. Wenn wir wieder in der Nähe sind, kommen wir bestimmt wieder. We stopped here because we were looking for something to eat on the way back from Maria Alm to Dienten. We were very enthusiastic about the delicious food and the super friendly service. When we are around again, we will definitely come back.

Ganz großes Gaumenkino! The daily evening menu in the half board is of a very high standard in terms of the ingredients, the composition and the presentation, which is well above the 3* hotel. A great culinary experience!

Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Und am Abend wird man von Lauras Kochkünsten immerwieder überrascht und verzaubert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen erne wieder. A cozy country hotel with great attention to detail. The Schafhuber family and all their employees welcome and accompany you with friendliness and heart. The rooms are very comfortable and furnished with great attention to detail. And in the evening you will always be surprised and enchanted by Laura's cooking skills. We felt very comfortable and will definitely be back.
