Beide Jeans Euro 100, beide innerhalb halben Jahres kaputt bei normaler Nutzung!! Null Preisnachlass beim 2. Kauf, obwohl offensichtlich Qualitätsmangel bei LEVI'S! Keine Empfehlung. Die Qualität ist den Preis nicht mehr wert. Bought 2 Levi's jeans each, been there within 1.5 years. First completely ripped open on the fabric during normal use. 2. Jeans quasi emergency purchase. Both jeans Euro 100, both broken within six months with normal use! Zero price reduction on the 2nd purchase, although LEVI'S is obviously lacking in quality! No recommendation. The quality is no longer worth the price.

L	Love L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dieser Shop ist ein Schmuckstück was die Auswahl an Kleidung angeht. Ich finde den Mix an angebotenen Marken top! Leider kann ich nur zwei Sterne geben, weil man - zumindest die letzten paar Monate - in diesem Geschäft nicht willkommen ist. Die Verkäufer grüßen nicht, kein Bitte und Danke, keine "normale" Höflichkeit wie man sie erwarten würde. Man muss als Kunde nicht immer König sein, aber hier ist man als Kunde leider Bittsteller. Da die Auswahl wirklich toll finde habe ich immer wieder dort eingekauft, aber jetzt fühle ich mich mittlerweile so unbehaglich, dass ich leider auf andere Geschäfte ausweise, obwohl ich die Kleidung im EKZ Turek echt toll finde. Ich würde mir wünsche, dass man das Gefühl bekommt als Kunde willkommen zu sein und kein Störfaktor. This shop is a gem when it comes to the selection of clothes. I think the mix of brands on offer is great! Unfortunately, I can only give two stars because - at least for the last few months - you are not welcome in this business. The sellers don't say hello, no plea and thank you, no "normal" courtesy as one would expect. As a customer, you don't always have to be king, but here, as a customer, you are unfortunately a supplicant. Since the selection is really great, I have always shopped there, but now I feel so uncomfortable that I unfortunately refer to other shops, although I think the clothes in the Turek shopping center are really great. I would like that you get the feeling of being welcome as a customer and not a disruptive factor.
V	Viktoria Sigl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kein Grüßen beim Hineingehen, keine Hilfestellung des Verkäufers beim Suchen der passenden Größe, Abzählen der 4 Kleider, die ich probieren wollte mit einem abschätzigen Blick (als ob die Stücke eh nicht zu mir passen, oder als wollte ich stehlen), bei der Suche nach einem Spiegel (es gibt keine in den Kabinen) eine genervte Handgeste Man bekommt den Eindruck, dass man den Mann beim Sich-langweilen stört. Er vermittelt einem das Gefühl, dass man den Aufwand ordentlich bedient zu werden nicht wert ist und bekommt schnippische, abweisende Antworten. Ich war schon bei der Kassa, um zwei Kleider zu bezahlen, als erneut eine schiefe Bemerkung vom Verkäufer fiel. Ich habe das Geschäft dann ohne Einkauf verlassen und werde auch nicht mehr hingehen. Ich habe eigentlich immer gerne bei Turek eingekauft, aber in dieser Filiale war in schon mehrfach in solchen Situationen. Daher kann ich nur davon abraten, in dieser Filiale einzukaufen. No greetings when entering, no help from the seller in looking for the right size, counting the 4 dresses I wanted to try with a disapproving look (as if the pieces don't fit me anyway, or as if I wanted to steal) when looking for a mirror (there are none in the cabins) an annoyed hand gesture You get the impression that you are bothering the man when he is bored. He gives you the feeling that you are not worth the effort to be served properly and gets snappy, dismissive answers. I was already at the cash desk to pay for two dresses when another crooked remark was made by the seller. I then left the shop without shopping and I won't go there again. I've always enjoyed shopping at Turek, but I've been in such situations several times in this branch. Therefore, I can only advise against shopping in this branch.
e	emrah kudu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also jetzt verstehe ich , warum Turek immer leer ist ! Solche Leute einzustellen Ruiniert den Namen und den Ruf ! Die sind extrem Unfreundlich wenn man etwas fragt ob es andere Größen was sie da sehengibt, bekommt man entweder keine Antwort ,oder " Das ist alles " keine nachsehen oder wenigstens einem das Gefühl zu geben das man willkommen ist , gibt es hier nicht . Ich werde NIE wieder von Turek einkaufen ! Das man für sein Geld (und Turek ist nicht billig) sich so behandeln lässt, ist lächerlich ! So now I understand why Turek is always empty! Hiring such people will ruin your name and reputation! They are extremely unfriendly if you ask something if there are other sizes that they see, you either get no answer, or "That's all" don't look up or at least give you the feeling that you are welcome, does not exist here. I will NEVER shop from Turek again! That you can be treated like that for your money (and Turek is not cheap) is ridiculous!
