the least appreciated customer service ever !!! I complain about facebook messenger, get a snappy and unfriendly answer and on my new complaint I am blocked !? what is such a childish way of dealing with customers!?!?!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Öffnungszeiten dienen leider nur als grobe Orientierung. Aktuell weist ein Zettel in der Türe auf eine Mittagspause bis 13.45 hin - selbst um 14.00 war nicht wieder geöffnet. Schade - so vergrault man kaufkräftige, wartende Kunden.
Unfortunately, opening times are only intended as a rough guide. A note in the door currently indicates a lunch break until 1.45 p.m. - even at 2 p.m. it wasn't open again. It's a shame - that's how you piss off affluent, waiting customers.
