★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schnell im Verkauf, schlechtes Service danach z.B. ist es nicht möglich ein zweites mal den Kunden anzurufen das die Reiseunterlagen abzuholen sind. Nach einer Reklamation über das Hotel - echt krasse Mängel wurden fotografisch dokumentiert - gibt es keine Hilfestellung. Mann wird auf den Veranstalter der zur Gruppe gehört verwiesen und da kommt nix raus. Einfach nicht zu empfelen. Darf aber auch festhalten, dass mir so etwas bei ca. 80 Reisen die nicht bei TUI gebucht wurden erst ein mal passiert ist. Diese Reise wurde online gebucht und das Problem wurde innerhalb von 2 Stunden im Urlaubsort perfekt gelöst.
Fast sales, bad service afterwards, e.g. it is not possible to call the customer a second time to collect the travel documents. After a complaint about the hotel - really blatant defects were documented photographically - there is no help. Man is referred to the organizer who belongs to the group and nothing comes of it. Just not to be recommended. But I should also note that something like this happened to me only once in about 80 trips that were not booked with TUI. This trip was booked online and the problem was perfectly resolved within 2 hours at the resort.
