Zweieinhalb Wochen keine Rückmeldung. dann kann ein völlig falsches Angebot. Jetzt haben wir es wieder probiert und bekommen seit einer Woche keine Rückmeldung mehr :(
We would like to plan our trip via Tui. Actually nice at first, then it was said that someone is on vacation, someone else is planning that. No response for two and a half weeks. then it can be a completely wrong offer. Now we've tried it again and haven't received any feedback for a week :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr nette Betreuung. Nachdem ich bei dem Tui in der Maria-Theresienstrasse abgeblitzt bin ging ich hierher. Das war die beste Entscheindung. Innerhalb von einer halben Stunde war das gebucht was ich wollte mit einer Top-Information und einer wirklich sehr freundlichen Beraterin.
Very nice care. After I took off at the Tui in the Maria Theresienstrasse I went here. That was the best decision. Within half an hour that was booked what I wanted with a top information and a really very friendly advisor.
