★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent hotel with amazing food, accomodation and service, includes underground parking at a fee but for a reasonable price. Right near the slopes with an indoor pool and ski school for kids plus ski rental shops and services nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place to stay. Nice rooms, wifi, view from the window is unbelievable. Dining room and cuisine are great, big variety of dishes, taste are delicious. And scenery, of course. For this price - best place ever.

Staff is all mainly German speaking, but do their best to speak English when asked to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel, right on the ski slope. Hotel personel really helpfull, polite and know multiple languages. Food is exeptional and there is something for everyone. Hotel is really clean, spa centre ok, but a bit on the small side considering the size of the hotel with 100+ rooms. Wifi great in the lobby area and in the spa centre, but terrible in the room, I mean really terrible to the point that it loses signal every 5 minutes or so. I don't know if that is a temporary issue or because my room was at second floor but thats something I needed to say in order to be completely honest. And that is the only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five. Everything else was really great and you won't regret if you choose to spend your vacation here. Keep up with the good work and fix that wifi in the room. :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are very nice & clean. Staff in the whole hotel (reception, restaurant, bar, cleaning staff,...) superfriendly & personally!
Unfortunately the dinner choice (main-dish) for vegetarian/ vegan guests is limited. There is one vegetarian/ vegan option, which is less nice & less special then those with meat. I had noodles with sauce two days in a row as the only option. Besides that, we had a great stay & would recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic hotel, staff are very friendly and helpful. Good size pool and a fully equipped gym, with a nice sun deck area. If you are vegetarian or vegan the hotel offers tasty and varied meals plus the buffet is labelled to make life easier ?.
One night my husband didn't like the mushroom pasta dish on offer the chef was more than happy to cook something different for him. The hotel is only a short drive to St.Johann and walking distance to the village of Fieberbrunn. Just a few suggestions, it would be nice to have the option to sit outside for dinner other than on BBQ night and to have aircon in the rooms. I would definitely recommend it and visit again. Thank you for a lovely stay.
