R	Rodrigo Gelle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed for 3 nights with a large group, split over a dozen rooms. Rooms were nice and the wellness area was a big plus. Breakfast was also varied, fresh and tasty. My main problem was with the staff. Majority of the staff did not speak English. They were neither friendly nor hospitable. It took ages to receive our orders and some of the staff came across as arrogant and impatient. The bar personnel was not able to prepare drinks in a reasonable time for an almost empty bar. And obviously the waiting staff was not able to cater to a large group: we received our dinner over a time span of over 2 hours, despite there only being a limited menu of 3 options. It's a pity the hotel did not live up to its four stars.

We made a booking for 3 rooms in March a few weeks ago then had to cancel one room due to Australian Covid restrictions and now the Australian couple are permitted to fly last minute but there are no rooms other than the penthouse available which they can't afford alone. The reception team at Fieberbrunn have been patient, polite, courteous and listened to my whole story over and over and tried to help me with all my variations of changing and adapting our bookings so the 6 of us can reunite after 2 years. I have been in contact so often with a new request each time (I am not normally a difficult customer!) and without exception they have all tried to find a solution. I have stayed in many hotels around the world and I am confident to say the customer service from the team at Fieberbrunn has been the best I have ever received and we haven't even arrived yet! Thank you in advance. Please let me know the best place to put this review as future potential customers should be made aware!
B	Bouke Vogelaar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing hotel/resort, everything seems brand new and the service is excellent. We had half pension and both breakfast and dinner were great every time. Special compliments to the Dutch waiter Nick and Austrian waiter Martin. You guys delivered excellent service and made the visit fun. The scenery and landscape surrounding resort is just as amazing as the resort itself. Mountains and vista's everywhere you look and very close by the Fieberbrunn Bergbahnen. Would visit again.
F	Finn Deckers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely stunning! The view was awesome the rooms very nice and clean. Room service extremely quick and clean (they even do the dishes ?) beds are comfortable and just a 5-8 minute walk to the pistes. The breakfast is top notch the dinner is really nice too! There is a spa, messages, gym, kids space, pool and probably even more I haven't discovered yet! Wifi is solid nothing mind blowing but more then good enough for streaming 4k content and playing some videogames. Supermarket can be found within 10 minutes walk. I'm really struggling to find any downsides!
K	Koen Volkerink on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect, I would recommend it! Good facilities, nice staff, clean rooms, good beds and near the gondolas. Plus: I've forgotten my Ski-Goggle and I noticed when I came home. The staff found it en send it in perfect conditions back to Holland.

A big pleasant surprise was a comfortable room, that is more of a flat with the kitchen, bedroom in it. Great for couples, but also for families with kids. Very convenient ski facilities: walking distance to the slopes, ski lockers from the hotel available upon request. Swimming pool and sauna made our stay even more enjoyable! The food was delicious and diverse! Special thanks to the waiter Dominique, such a pleasant and friendly person. We felt welcome every single day. Hoping to come back soon.
