S	Sandra Irmer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gebucht haben wir die Ski und Schuhe über Alpinresort. Der Service vor Ort war sehr gut. Meine Skischuhe, die mir zu weit waren, konnten problemlos (zwar mit Händen und Füßen, da der Mitarbeiter dort nicht so gut deutsch sprach, aber mit entsprechendem Einsatz unterwegs war) getauscht werden. Nachdem sich an Tag 2 eine Schnalle sm Skischuh verklemmt hatte und ich mit Hilfe von Mitarbeiter und Werkzeug vom Schuh befreit worden war (und immer noch die Probleme hatte, dass mein Fuß im Schuh schwimmt), wurde mir auch noch eine Einlegesohle verpasst. Auch wurde jedes Mal gefragt, ob sonst alles passt, ich mit dem Ski zufrieden bin... Sehr gut. Rentiert hat sich auch das Skidepot, das wir dort gemietet haben. Einfach fein, wenn man morgens in warme Schuhe steigen kann. Vom Depot zum Lift bzw. von der Skipiste bis zum Depot kann man direkt auf Skiern fahren. Bis zum Campingplatz sind es nur ein paar Meter. Alles in allem superbequem. Jederzeit wieder. We booked the skis and boots through Alpinresort. The on-site service was very good. My ski boots, which were too big for me, could easily be exchanged (with hands and feet, since the employee there didn't speak German very well, but was on the move with the appropriate effort). After a buckle on my ski boot got stuck on day 2 and I was freed from the boot with the help of staff and tools (still having the issues of my foot floating in the boot), I was also fitted with an insole. I was also asked every time whether everything else was OK, I was satisfied with the ski... Very well. The ski depot that we rented there also paid off. Simply great when you can step into warm shoes in the morning. You can ski directly from the depot to the lift or from the ski slope to the depot. It is only a few meters to the campsite. All in all super comfortable. Any time.

Even the communication is a problem while our child speaks Romanian only, after 3 group and one private lessons on the second private lesson he was up on the slope and next day he managed to go by himself with ski lift. Many thanks for Luuk, great instructor, kids friendly, and language is not a barrier for him in communication with children!
