Very bad communication. Tin turned off. Did not come and just did not answer and pushed cellphone away. NEVER AGAIN!!!

The company did not come on the agreed date and was also not reachable by phone !!!! Not recommendable!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Möchte jedem davon abraten! Absolute Frechheit - NIE WIEDER! Termin nicht eingehalten, Anrufe ignoriert, eine absolute Zumutung - fast schon absurd! Nach 2 Stunden warten ohne Rückmeldung - haben wirs aufgegeben und werden uns ein Unternehmen mit Rückrad und Anstand suchen.
Would advise against it! Absolute impudence - NEVER AGAIN! Deadline not met, calls ignored, an absolute impertinence - almost absurd! After 2 hours of waiting without feedback - we gave up and will look for a company with back wheel and decency.

Alles wurde genau vereinbart, 1h vor geplanter Anlieferung erhielt ich einen Anruf von Hrn. Milka "mein Wagen ist leider zu klein (obwohl er die Masse genau wusste), ich kann den Auftrag leider nicht durchführen". Nachdem ich ihn zur Einhaltung des Auftrages und Suche nach Alternativen aufgefordert hatte, hat er einfach aufgelegt. Ich fand das unprofessionell und schlampig
I had made an appointment with this company, 7 dedicated people were waiting to unload. Everything was agreed exactly, 1h before planned delivery I received a call from Mr. Milka "unfortunately my car is too small (although he knew the mass exactly), I can not carry out the order unfortunately". After I asked him to comply with the order and search for alternatives, he simply hung up. I thought that was unprofessional and sloppy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr sehr nette leute telefonisch gleich am nächsten tag(war sogar ein sonntag) einen termin bekommen, haben geholfen und waren sehr höflich und sauber war das Auto auch=)....und ich finde gar nicht teuer wünsche dem Team weiterhin viel erfolg =)
Very, very nice people got an appointment by phone the next day (it was even a Sunday), they helped and were very polite and clean, the car was also =) .... and I don't find it expensive I wish the team continued success = )
