S	Silvia Kuhnle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe über Homepage gebucht und auch Bestätigung erhalten. Abgeholt hat uns niemand! Und das um 3:45 Uhr früh. Da gibt es bei uns keine andere Möglichkeit, als mit dem Auto selbst zum Flughafen zu fahren und den teuren Parkplatz in Kauf zu nehmen. Zum Glück sind wir nicht weiter als 30 km vom Flughafen zu Haus. Angeblich hat der Fahrer verschlafen. Kein Wort des Bedauerns! So eine miese Firma hab ich noch nie erlebt! Have posted on homepage and also received confirmation. Nobody picked us up! And that at 3:45 in the morning. Since there is no other option than to drive by car to the airport and take the expensive parking in purchasing. Luckily we are no further than 30 km from the airport. Allegedly, the driver overslept. No word of regret! I have never experienced such a lousy company!

Trotz der schriftlichen Bestätigung ist kein Taxi gekommen, keine Benachrichtigung, die Anrufe wurden nicht beantwortet, kein Kundenservice, gar nichts. Wer bei diesem Taxi Unternehmen (Unternehmen ist zu viel gesagt) ein Taxi bestellt ist selber schuld. Unfortunately you can not give 0 stars. Despite the written confirmation no taxi came, no notification, the calls were not answered, no customer service, nothing. Who ordered a taxi at this taxi company (company is too much said) is your own fault.

Wiedergutmachung mit 11,- wurde zugesagt aber auch nicht eingehalten. Besser ein renommiertes Taxiunternehmen buchen. Die haben keine Ahnung von dem Geschäft. Not recommendable. Booked via the homepage - confirmed by email and then not picked up. Reparation with 11, - was promised but also not kept. Better to book a reputable taxi company. They have no idea about the business.

Am Telefon dann noch beleidigt worden, weil ich so unverschämt war anzurufen und nach zu fragen wann man mit der Abholung rechnen kann.. Finger weg so spart man sich viel Ärger Unfortunately the other reviews have not been read before .. Taxi ordered and confirmed but never picked up. On the phone then been insulted, because I was so outrageous to call and to ask when you can count on the collection .. Fingers away so you save a lot of trouble
K	Katarina S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das mieseste (Taxi) Unternehmen je. Wagen bestellt, schriftlich bestätigt bekommen jedoch nicht abgeholt. So etwas verantwortungsloses habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Geht wahrscheinlich ohnehin bankrott wenn ich all die Bewertungen lese. The lousiest (taxi) company ever. Car ordered, confirmed in writing but not picked up. I have not experienced anything so irresponsible. Probably goes bankrupt anyway when I read all the reviews.

J'appelle le chauffeur, j'attends 10 minutes de plus et il me dit que ç est moi qui suis en retard.... Dans la voiture il se trompe 2 fois de route donc il perd patience patience, s'énerve et roule très très vite, très dangereusement... J ai eu très peur il a crié et a claqué les portes. Il n'avait pas la monnaie sur 40 euros pour 28 euros, il a donc répondu : donne moi 25 ça ira pour cette course de merde ! Je ne recommande absolument pas ! Car ordered and confirmed by e-mail, but 30 minutes late after landing. I call the driver, I wait 10 minutes more and he tells me that it's me who is late .... In the car he is wrong 2 times of road so he loses patience patience, gets angry and rolls very very quickly, very dangerously ... I was very scared he shouted and slammed the doors. He did not have the money on 40 euros for 28 euros, so he replied: give me 25 it will be good for this shit race! I do not recommend it!
S	Sophia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diese Unternehmen ist eine Katastrophe. Trotz der schriftlichen Bestätigung ist das Taxi nicht gekommen und war nicht erreichbar. Wir mussten eine Alternative suchen. Um 4.00 Früh dazustehen, keinen Transfer zu haben und zu bangen, den Flug nicht zu erreichen ist wirklich nicht lustig. Die Stellungnahme nach unserer Rückkehr - war schlicht "Da hat sich halt der Fahrer verschlafen." Keine Entschuldigung oder Bedauern. Hände weg!!! -Müssten eigentlich 0 Sterne vergeben - ist leider nicht möglich. This company is a disaster. Despite the written confirmation, the taxi did not arrive and was not available. We had to look for an alternative. To be at 4 o'clock in the morning, to have no transfer and to be afraid not to reach the flight is really not funny. The statement after our return - was simply "Since the driver has overslept." No apology or regret. Hands off!!! Should actually 0 stars - unfortunately not possible.
