Es wird jedoch wenig auf Kundenwünsche eingegangen und eher unhöflich bedient. Business is very nice and you will certainly find something here. For that I give 2 stars. However, little attention is paid to customer requests and the service is rather impolite.

We were in the restaurant yesterday, unfortunately we weren't satisfied, we eat cold and then leave the restaurant with stomach problems. It's a shame, we didn't expect it with such a beautiful company.

Leider können die meisten Angestellten, und auch die Geschäftsführung da nicht mithalten. Vor einer Woche Bambussalatschüsseln gekauft (8 Stück mit Besteck, für rund 220 Euro), zu Hause festgestellt, dass eine falsche Schüssel eingepackt wurde und dies dem Geschäft sofort telefonisch mitgeteilt. Keine Entschuldigung, nur die Mitteilung, dass die Schüssel umgetauscht werden könne. Heute Schüssel umgetauscht, wieder kein Wort der Entschuldigung oder des Bedauerns, 15 Euro Aufpreis bezahlt, um zu Hause dann feststellen zu müssen, dass der Preisunterschied lediglich 5 Euro betragen hätte. Ich stelle mir Kundenservice anders vor. Ich hoffe es handelt sich dabei nur um ein Versehen, und nicht um Absicht. Das Thema Tschofen hat sich für mich damit jedoch erledigt. An attractive shop with good presentation of the goods. Good, high quality range of goods. Unfortunately, most of the employees, and also the management, cannot keep up. Bought bamboo salad bowls a week ago (8 pieces with cutlery, for around 220 euros), found at home that the wrong bowl had been packed and informed the store immediately by phone. No excuse, just the message that the key can be exchanged. Bowl exchanged today, again not a word of apology or regret, paid an extra 15 euros, only to have to find out at home that the price difference would have been only 5 euros. I imagine customer service differently. I hope this is just a mistake, and not an intention. For me, however, the topic of Tschofen has been dealt with.

I have to say that I had a very good experience with this store, they have nice items in their range, the staff was very courteous and helpful.

Wir haben trotzdem eingekauft, für über 200€. Als Kunde hat man hier eher das Gefühl zu nerven... Ein Wiedersehen wird es für uns bestimmt nicht geben. Schade eigentlich. Yes, you can find beautiful and appealing things here. However, the business owners cannot be outdone when it comes to rudeness and intrusiveness. We still shopped for over € 200. As a customer, you tend to feel annoyed here ... We will definitely not see you again. It's a shame actually.

Auch wenn man nur schauen möchte, wird man von den Angestellten fast schon bewacht und auf Schritt und Tritt verfolgt. Die Chefin war sehr unfreundlich und hat durchs ganze Geschäft geschrien, dass der Chef mal schauen soll, was wir machen, da es klirrt (was passiert, wenn man Geschirr anschaut). Der Chef war dann aufdringlich ohne Ende. Erst als sie an der Kassa unseren Kaufbetrag gesehen hat, wurde sie plötzlich freundlich. Einmal und nie wieder! Schade, denn die Produkte wären schön. I can only endorse the bad reviews. Even if you just want to look, you are almost guarded by the staff and followed at every turn. The boss was very unfriendly and shouted all over the shop that the boss should see what we were doing, because it rattles (what happens when you look at dishes). The boss was then pushy without end. Only when she saw our purchase amount at the cash desk did she suddenly become friendly. Once and never again! It's a shame, because the products would be nice.
O	Oliver Kant on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte mich wegen eines Gesprächstermins bei einem anderen Geschäft gleichen Familiennamens in Bludenz bei der Adresse geirrt und wurde von der Chefin in unglaublich impertinenter und arroganter Weise der Tür verwiesen. Eine solche Frechheit ist mir in meinem langjährigen Berufsleben als Außendienstler noch nicht untergekommen. Augenscheinlich bin ich aber bei Weitem nicht der Einzige, der dieses Haus zukünftig meidet. I had the wrong address for an appointment at another shop with the same family name in Bludenz and was shown the door by the boss in an incredibly impertinent and arrogant manner. I have never encountered such cheekiness in my many years of professional life as a sales representative. Apparently I'm far from the only one who avoids this house in the future.
