Die sehr freundliche, hilfbereite, einladende Atmosphäre beginnt mit der Rezeptionistin. Dr Walch richtig beachtet und zuhört, nicht nur gleich Rezept schreibt. Diese liebe Ärztin lebt ihr Traum und man spürt es wirklich durch ihre Achtsamkeit, Menschichkeit, Kümmern alles ohne Wartezeit nach der Telefonische Anmeldung. Ich kann nur empfehlen und ich wünsche die Ärtztinen viel Erfolg! I am very satisfied with the service. I do not like to go to the doctor, but here in this practice, I felt really good. The very friendly, helpful, welcoming atmosphere starts with the receptionist. Dr Walch takes notice and listens right, not just writing prescriptions. This dear doctor lives her dream and you can really feel it through her mindfulness, humanity, caring everything without waiting after the telephone registration. I can only recommend and I wish the doctors a lot of success!

(Notdienst) Die Assistentin am Telefon ist aber sehr unfreundlich und per Du!! Am 23.12. habe ich um einen Termin am 5. Jänner angefragt, da mein Hausarzt u. sein Vertreter komischerweise beide Urlaub haben. Da kann man auch freundlich darauf hinweisen, dass diese Praxis schon gut ausgebucht ist. Als Patienten sind wir keine Bittsteller. Competent, friendly doctor! In February 2020 I was in this practice because of the flu. (Emergency service) The assistant on the phone is very unfriendly and through you! On December 23 I asked for an appointment on January 5th because my family doctor u. Strangely enough, his representative is both on vacation. You can also kindly point out that this practice is already well booked. As patients, we are not petitioners.
M	Michael Bösch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Echte Super Ärzteordination, beide Ärztinnen sind fachlich und menschlich einfach Top. Auch das restliche Team echt super und bemüht. Die Wartezeiten (wird mit Terminvergabe gearbeitet) sind echt super. Ich hab noch nie länger als 15 min gewartet. Hier fühlt man sich als Patient wohl und ernstgenommen. Macht weiter so!!! Really super doctor's office, both doctors are simply top-notch, both professionally and personally. The rest of the team was also really great and tried hard. The waiting times (we work with appointments) are really great. I've never waited longer than 15 minutes. Here, as a patient, you feel comfortable and taken seriously. Keep it up!!!
