Fähiger und sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter sucht und findet den Fehler in kürzester Zeit, Ersatzteil wird bestellt und eingebaut.
Preislich auch sehr human.
Kann man empfehlen!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service war ok, aber meiner Meinung nach überteuert, musste 75€ zahlen, dafür dass der Techniker meine Therme ab und wieder aufgedreht hat. knappe 55€ davon sind für die Anfahrt von 5km. (10€ Fahrkostenanteil + 0,5 Servicetechnikerstunde). Daraufhin habe ich angerufen und wollte nachverhandeln worauf laut und aggressiv reagiert wurde. "Na umefliagen konn er net"
Service was ok, but overpriced in my opinion, had to pay € 75 for the technician to turn my thermal bath on every now and then. just under 55 € are for the journey of 5km. (€ 10 share of travel costs + 0.5 service technician hour). Then I called and wanted to renegotiate, which was responded loudly and aggressively. "Well, he couldn't flow around"

Auf der Rechnung scheinen teurere Artikel auf als die installierten.
Als darauf hingewiesen wurde, wurder der eine Artikel der teurer war geändert, jeder andere aber nicht.
Wenn der Preis und die die gelieferte Qualität egal ist, kann man diese Firma überlegen.
Nur ein Beispiel Waschtisch auf Rechnung vor Steuer 140,00 installierter Waschtisch 49,99 inkl. Steuer.

When this was pointed out, one item that was more expensive was changed, but not every other.
If the price and the delivered quality don't matter, then this company can be considered.
Just one example washbasin on account before tax 140.00 installed washbasin 49.99 incl. Tax.
