w	wolferl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann die negative Erfahrung einer Person hier nicht teilen. Wir hatten einen Leitungsschaden mit nassen Flecken an der Wand. Nach dem Anruf bei der Firma war innerhalb einer halben Stunde ein Mitarbeiter mit Helfer da, nach 2 Stunden war der Schaden behoben. Das Finanzielle machte sich die Firma mit der Versicherung aus. Einfach super, besser gehts nicht! I cannot share one person's negative experience here. We had a pipe damage with wet spots on the wall. After calling the company, an employee with a helper was there within half an hour, and the damage was repaired after 2 hours. The company took care of the finances with insurance. Simply great, it couldn't be better!
A	Axel Ritter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, da ich mein Anliegen selbst beheben wollte hat sich der Chef sogar extra Zeit genommen und mir erklärt wie's geht- ist meiner Meinung nach absolut nicht selbstverständlich!!! Auch vom Personal her, sehr freundlich. Der Servicetechniker, der mal bei mir war, war auch einer der besten Handwerker, mit denen ich bisher zu tun hatte (also nicht nur was Heizungen betrifft) : erstens hat er sich die gesamte Heizung angesehen, nicht nur das eine vorhandene Problem, zweitens hat er mir alles erklärt und gezeigt was er tauscht und wieso er es tauscht und drittens war er äußerst freundlich und sympathisch. So gesehen kann ich die Firma wärmstens weiter empfehlen.... Very friendly and helpful, because I wanted to resolve my concerns myself, the boss even took extra time to explain to me how it works - in my opinion, this is absolutely not a matter of course! Also from the staff, very friendly. The service technician who was with me once was also one of the best craftsmen I had dealt with so far (i.e. not only when it comes to heating): firstly, he looked at the entire heating system, not just the one existing problem, secondly he explained everything and showed me what he exchanged and why he exchanged it and thirdly he was extremely friendly and personable. From that point of view, I can warmly recommend the company ....

Preislich sicher nicht die billigsten, aber was man bekommt ist definitiv mehr wert als man bei Ihnen zahlt!! Wir waren immer zufrieden und werden das nächste Mal auf jeden Fall wieder hier unsere Arbeiten machen lassen! Very competent installer operation, are very friendly to the customer requests and also give good advice. Price wise for sure not the cheapest, but what you get is definitely worth more than you pay for !! We were always satisfied and will definitely make our work here again next time!

A	Anna Lödl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider kein Stern wert... man muss des öfteren anrufen, dass man überhaupt durch kommt und dann wird einem gesagt, dass man bezüglich eines Termins zurückgerufen wird..... wir warten seit 1 Woche auf einen Rufruf! Danke, kein Interesse mehr. Jetzt haben wir einen anderen Installateur, der uns gleich einen Termin gegeben hat! Sehr unkompetent! Anscheinend braucht die Firma Trenz keine Kunden... ? Unfortunately not worth a star ... you have to call often to get through and then you are told that you will be called back regarding an appointment ..... we have been waiting for a call for 1 week! Thanks, no more interest. Now we have another installer who gave us an appointment right away! Very incompetent! Apparently Trenz doesn't need customers ... Kunden

Auch die Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz der Mitarbeiter ist hervorragend. Gratulation. The old adage "He who helps quickly, helps twice" is absolutely true at Trenz. The friendliness and competence of the staff is also excellent. Congratulations.
B	BANZ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service war ok, aber meiner Meinung nach überteuert, musste 75€ zahlen, dafür dass der Techniker meine Therme ab und wieder aufgedreht hat. knappe 55€ davon sind für die Anfahrt von 5km. (10€ Fahrkostenanteil + 0,5 Servicetechnikerstunde). Daraufhin habe ich angerufen und wollte nachverhandeln worauf laut und aggressiv reagiert wurde. "Na umefliagen konn er net" Ist für mich in Zukunft keine Option mehr. Service was ok, but overpriced in my opinion, had to pay € 75 for the technician to turn my thermal bath on every now and then. just under 55 € are for the journey of 5km. (€ 10 share of travel costs + 0.5 service technician hour). Then I called and wanted to renegotiate, which was responded loudly and aggressively. "Well, he couldn't flow around" Is no longer an option for me in the future.
