 New water pump was ordered and installed. All services were carried out competently and in a reasonable period of time. Very friendly team. We were very satisfied and can only recommend the company to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine Bekannte von mir hatte Probleme mit ihrem Wasserzähler , Sie hat mit dem Chef Telefonisch einen Termin vereinbart der pünktlich eingehalten wurde!
Die zwei jungen Monteure kamen gleich in der Früh hatten alles an Material mit und haben sofort ihre Arbeit aufgenommen ! Nach beendeter Arbeit haben sie den Arbeitsplatz Top hinterlassen !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei meinem Neubau wurden die kompletten Installationen von RZ-Installtionen durchgeführt. Alle Arbeiten wurden gemäß KV ausgeführt, es gab keine Kostenüberschreitungen. Es wurde alle Materialien und Geräte nach dem neuesten Stand angeschafft und höchst professionell installiert. Wir sprechen hier von Wasserwärmepumpe, kompletter Heizungsanlage inkl. Fußbodenheizung, Wohnraumlüftung und Hauswasserwerk, Bad und WC inklusive Armaturen und sonstiges, die ebenfalls gleich über RZ-Installationen bestellt wurden. Der Chef und seine Truppe waren echt auf Zack, sehr angenehmes Betriebsklima und top Kommunikation bei Rückfragen, Änderungswünschen und auch am Wochenende im Notfall für dich da.
Die Ausführung der Arbeiten war sorgfältig und umsichtig.
Ich bin mehr als zufrieden und freue mich, dass alles wie versprochen und gewünscht umgesetzt wurde!
Absolute Empfehlung!
PS: Beim Chef besonders gefallen hat mir seine Leidenschaft für die Arbeit und die Freude wenn etwas wirklich gut geworden ist.
In my new building, the complete installations were carried out by data center installations. All work was carried out in accordance with KV, there were no cost overruns. All materials and equipment were purchased according to the latest standards and installed in a highly professional manner. We're talking about a water heat pump, a complete heating system including underfloor heating, living space ventilation and domestic waterworks, bathroom and toilet including fittings and other items that were also ordered from RZ-Installations. The boss and his team were really on the ball, a very pleasant working atmosphere and top communication with queries, change requests and also there for you at the weekend in an emergency.
The work was carried out carefully and prudently.
I am more than satisfied and I am happy that everything was implemented as promised and desired!
Absolute recommendation!
PS: What I particularly liked about the boss was his passion for work and the joy when something turned out really well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe mir von der Firma einen Brunnen schlagen lassen. Vorab sehr gute Information und Aufklärung. Bei der Durchführung der Arbeit wurde sehr professionell, genau und sauber gearbeitet. Das was ausgemacht wurde, wurde auch eingehalten. Pünktliches erscheinen unterstrich noch das sehr sympathische und freundliche Team!! Nach getaner Arbeit wurde die "Baustelle" sauber hinterlassen! Ich kann diese Firma mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen!! Preis/Leistung TOP!!!
The company dug a well for me. Very good information and clarification beforehand. The work was carried out very professionally, precisely and cleanly. What was agreed upon was also adhered to. Punctual appearance underlined the very sympathetic and friendly team !! After the work was done, the "construction site" was left clean! I can recommend this company with a clear conscience !! Price / performance top !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir standen vor der Aufgabe unsere Gaseizung inkl. Warmwasseraufbereitung zu erneuern und haben auch Herrn Rinor Zenelaj um ein Angebot gebeten. Er war der einzige, der den Heizungsumbau (und das Projekt war äußerst schwierig) genau nach unseren Vorstellungen durchführte, ein anderer Anbieter wollte viele Komponenten wegen extremen Aufwand gar nicht tauschen. Er überlegte sich eine für uns gut vertretbare Lösung (die Vorgängerfirma hatte leider extrem gepfuscht und das kam zum Großteil erst während der Arbeiten hervor!), änderte seine Strategien, um uns ein wirklich gutes Endergebnis anbieten zu können. Seinen KV hat er nicht überschritten, seine Leistungen aber übertroffen. Bestens zum Empfehlen! Nun arbeiten wir gerade mit unserem 2. Großprojekt Photovoltaikanlage inkl. Batteriespeicher zusammen, auch hier sind wir bisher äußerst zufrieden. Werde dazu nach Abschluss der Arbeiten noch eine weitere Bewertung abgeben..
We were faced with the task of renewing our gas heating including hot water preparation and also asked Mr. Rinor Zenelaj for an offer. He was the only one who carried out the heating conversion (and the project was extremely difficult) exactly according to our ideas, another supplier did not want to exchange many components at all because of the extreme effort. He came up with a solution that was justifiable for us (unfortunately, the previous company had messed up a lot and that mostly only came out during the work!), changed his strategies in order to be able to offer us a really good end result. He did not exceed his KV, but exceeded his achievements. Best to recommend! We are now working on our second large-scale photovoltaic system project, including battery storage, and we have been extremely satisfied with it so far. I'll post another review after the work is done.
