Preis-Leistung war in Ordnung (ich habe sehr detaileirt und im Detail mit 3 anderen Anbietern verglichen). Sehr gute Leistung beim Bau. Reklamationen wurden ordentlich behoben. Sehr gutes Firmenklima (z.b. der Chef schaut auf seine Mitarbeiter bis zum kleinsten Rädchen im Gewerke). Sehr guter Polier, der oft vor Ort war und die Partie im Griff hatte. Sehr gute, verlässliche Partnergewerke wurden vermittelt. Bei dieser Firma stimmt die Leistung, aber auch das Zwischenmenschliche in dieser stressigen Lebensphase! Fair sale, who knows what he is talking about and who is also part of the subject. Very good planning and construction management. Value for money was fine (I have very detaileirt and compared in detail with 3 other providers). Very good performance in construction. Complaints were properly resolved. Very good corporate climate (eg the boss looks at his employees to the smallest cog in the trades). Very good polisher, who was often on site and had the game under control. Very good, reliable partner trades were arranged. In this company, the performance, but also the interpersonal in this stressful phase of life!

Die Beratung durch Horst Reiner in der Abklärungs- und Planungsphase war ausgezeichnet. Auch der Polier Stanko Strugalovic war bei unseren vielen Fragen immer erreichbar und geduldig. Termine wurden immer eingehalten, durch die detaillierte Abklärung vorab gab es keine versteckten Kosten oder andere böse Überraschungen. Angebot und Kostenaufstellung sind detailliert und transparent. Spontane Änderungen unsererseits (z.B. Fensterposition) wurde ohne Probleme umgesetzt. Die bei Trenker übliche "Elefantenrunde" mit allen beteiligten Gewerken kurz vor Baubeginn ist ebenfalls hervorragend, da so Missverständnissen bei den Schnittstellen vermieden werden. We had our family house built by the company Trenker and were very satisfied and felt during the entire construction phase in good hands. The consultation by Horst Reiner in the clarification and planning phase was excellent. Even the polisher Stanko Strugalovic was always available and patient on our many questions. Dates were always met, by the detailed clarification in advance there were no hidden costs or other nasty surprises. Quotation and costing are detailed and transparent. Spontaneous changes on our part (e.g., window position) were implemented without problems. The "elephant round" usual with Trenker with all involved trades shortly before beginning of construction is likewise outstanding, because thus misunderstandings with the interfaces are avoided.

Ich habe Haus von Firma Trenker bauen lassen, Pries war beste von allen Anbietern und Herr Trenker und Herr Rainer waren sehr kulant auch wenn was nachher geändert haben. Kann nur empfehlen!! Die wissen wirklich von Hausbau!!! Top Qualität und sehr Termin orientierte Firma…. Super competent! very friendly and always there for customers! I had build house of company Trenker, Pries was best of all suppliers and Mr. Trenker and Mr. Rainer were very accommodating even if what subsequently changed. Can only recommend !! Die Beratung vor dem Bauen war erstklassig und auch die weitere Abwicklung war perfekt. Absolut empfehlenswert! We had our house built by Trenker. It is being built very cleanly and of high quality. Und so war es, der Zustand der Fahrzeuge der Fa. Trenker spiegelten die hohe Qualität dieses Bauunternehmens wieder. Besser gehts nicht, absolut empfehlenswert, ein Bauunternehmen mit Kompetenz und Herz. A construction technician friend of mine made me aware of our building construction that one can deduce the quality of a construction company from the vehicle fleet. And so it was, the condition of the Trenker vehicles reflected the high quality of this construction company. It doesn't get any better than this, absolutely recommendable, a construction company with competence and heart.
