Wird als "Tiptop All inclusive Haus" dargestellt, wir haben uns einen Entwurf geben lassen und diesen bei einem unabhängigen Baumeister prüfen lassen. Lt. dem dürfte das Haus so garnicht errichtet werden und ist mit den Materialien absolut überteuert. Außerdem war die Betreuung absolut inkompetent! If I could give half a star, it would be very generous! Is presented as a "Tiptop All Inclusive House", we had a design given to us and had it checked by an independent master builder. Lt. the house should not be built and is absolutely overpriced with the materials. In addition, the support was absolutely incompetent!
I	Ivan Doro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben unser Traumhaus mit großer Zufriedenheit mit der Firma Kötz in Wöllersdorf realisiert. Wir wurden vom Projektleiter Hr. Berger von Anfang bis zum Ende sehr professionell betreut und im Vergleich zu anderen Firmen wurden wir bereits im Anfangsstadium sehr ernst genommen. Die gemeinsame (kostenlose!!!) Planung des Hauses hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen und die im Vorfeld vereinbarten Kosten sowie Zahlungspläne wurden strikt eingehalten. Kein böse Überraschungen also, weder in finanzieller Hinsicht, noch in technischer Hinsicht was die Qualität betrifft. Wir würden die Firma Kötz sofort wieder wählen wenn wir ein zweites Mal bauen würden. All die Befürchtungen a la "Pfusch am Bau" die wir im Vorfeld hatten, sind in keinster Weise eingetroffen. Im Gengenteil! Ich kann daher dieses österreichische Familienunternehmen wärmstens empfehlen. Dipl. Ing. We were welcomed by the project manager Mr. Berger was looked after very professionally from start to finish and, compared to other companies, we were taken very seriously right from the start. The joint (free!!!) planning of the house left nothing to be desired and the costs and payment plans agreed in advance were strictly adhered to. So no nasty surprises, neither financially nor technically in terms of quality. We would choose the Kötz company again immediately if we were to build a second time. S	Stefan Travniczek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Freundin und ich wohnen nun seit ein paar Monaten in unserem neuen Zuhause und wir sind sehr zufrieden mit unserem Kötz Haus. Wir wurden von Anfang bis Ende sehr gut von unserem Baumeister Hr. Berger professionell und zuverlässig betreut. Auch alle anderen Mitarbeiter dieser Firma waren höchst professionell, termingetreu und haben gewissenhaft und sorgfältig gearbeitet. Anfänglich Sorgen, dass alles wie bei Pfusch am Bau verlaufen würde, waren rasch verflogen. Wir hatten eigentlich nie das Gefühl, dass die Mitarbeiter nicht fachgerecht arbeiten. Kleinere Fehler oder Änderungen/Wünsche wurden sofort behoben bzw. bearbeitet. Würden wir ein zweites Mal bauen würden wir ohne Zögern wieder mit der Firma Kötz Haus bauen und würde sie jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Ein herzliches Dank gilt nochmals unserem Baumeister, der uns sehr gut beraten und uns während der ganzen Plan- und Bauphase zur Seite gestanden hat. Durch seine kompetente Einstellung wurden uns viele Ängste und Sorgen genommen, wodurch wir uns nun sehr wohl in unserem Haus fühlen. My girlfriend and I have been living in our new home for a few months now and we are very happy with our Kötz house. From start to finish we were treated very well by our master builder Mr. Berger is looked after professionally and reliably. All other employees of this company were also highly professional, punctual and worked conscientiously and carefully. Initial worries that everything would go like a botch on the construction site quickly dissipated. We actually never had the feeling that the employees did not work professionally. Minor errors or changes/requests were fixed or processed immediately. If we were to build a second time, we would not hesitate to build again with the Kötz Haus company and would recommend them at any time. Many thanks again to our master builder, who advised us very well and stood by our side throughout the planning and construction phase. His competent attitude took away many of our fears and worries, which means that we now feel very comfortable in our house.

Als einzige von mehreren Baufirmen bei denen wir Angebote eingeholt haben, hat Hr.Berger der Fa.Kötz sich sofort und proaktiv vor Ort ein Bild der Hanglage und Umgebung gemacht, um unsere Wunschvorstellungen in einen kreativen Vorschlag umzusetzen. Dieser hat uns sofort begeistert und konnte in einem konstruktiven Dialog in wenigen Monaten in einen tollen finalen Entwurf und ein faires Angebot überführt werden. In der Bauphase wurde das Projekt höchst professionell nach Plan und, durch das ausgezeichnete Projekt Management, ohne böse Überraschungen umgesetzt. Und als es ausnahmsweise doch was zu bemängeln gab war die Fa.Kötz sofort an Ort und Stelle, um das Thema ohne Diskussion und zur vollen Zufriedenheit unkompliziert zu lösen. Auch Änderungswünsche die von uns während der Bauphase eingebracht wurden, wurden rasch und kompetent umgesetzt. Am Ende wurde der Fixpreis, trotz Änderungen, eingehalten. Wir können jedem, der ein personalisiertes Design, eine solide Bauqualität und eine unkomplizierte Abwicklung mit professioneller freundschaftlicher Betreuung für sein Hausbauprojekt sucht, eine Zusammenarbeit mit Fa.Kötz in Wöllersdorf nur empfehlen! After 12 months of construction, we were able to move into our Kötz dream house as planned in mid-2021. Already in the planning phase, the company Kötz was able to convince. As the only one of several construction companies from whom we obtained offers, Mr. Berger from Fa.Kötz immediately and proactively got an idea of the hillside and the surroundings on site in order to convert our wishes into a creative proposal. We were immediately enthusiastic about this and, in a constructive dialogue, we were able to convert it into a great final draft and a fair offer in just a few months. During the construction phase, the project was implemented very professionally according to plan and, thanks to the excellent project management, without any nasty surprises. And when, exceptionally, there was something to complain about, the Koetz company was immediately on the spot to solve the issue without any discussion and to our complete satisfaction in an uncomplicated manner. Change requests that we brought in during the construction phase were also implemented quickly and competently. In the end, the fixed price was adhered to despite changes. Auch die Kosten wurden auf Punkt und Beistrich eingehalten. Die Mitarbeiter sind engagiert und die ausgewählten Partnerfirmen echte Profis. Ich konnte innerhalb kurzer Zeit in mein neues Zuhause einziehen... Erstkontakt im Jänner, Baubeginn September und Einzug Mai im Folgejahr! Seit mittlerweile 1,5 Jahren wohne ich zufrieden im neuen Heim! For me, Kötz Haus was a reliable partner for the house construction and I would choose the Kötz company again: Competent, reliable and on time. The costs were also kept to the point and comma. The employees are committed and the selected partner companies are real professionals. I was able to move into my new home within a short time... First contact in January, start of construction in September and moving in in May the following year! I've been living happily in my new home for 1.5 years now!
