Ich musste auch ein paar der Termine aufgrund beruflicher Gründe verschieben. Nichts war ein Problem. All viewings were very professional and also Corona compliant, the real estate agent had really thought of everything. I also had to postpone a few of the appointments due to professional reasons. Nothing was a problem.

Sowohl Herr Urban, meine Gebietsleiterin Frau Glombitza, als auch das gesamte Team ist kompetent & freundlich, man merkt immer wieder, wie das kollegiale Miteinander ganz groß geschrieben wird. Herr Urban gibt regelmäßig spannende & vor allem fachlich wichtige Seminare, die einem die nötige Fachkompetenz im Hand um drehen vermitteln. Ebenso konnte ich meine direkten Vorgesetzen immer ohne Probleme erreichen & es wurde immer auf meine Fragen & Anliegen eingegangen. Ja was gibt es sonst noch so zu sagen über das Unternehmen ? A	Alex Balta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorsicht!!! Makler macht falsch Angaben. Kaufvertrag musste Rückgabewickelt werden. 4 Jahre musste ich vor Gericht klagen bis ich zu meinem Recht kam. Maklerbüro zieht sich aus der Verantwortung.Makler ist nicht zum Gerichtstermin erschienen. Von den Verantwortlichen ist keiner erreichbar. Bitte tut euch einen Gefallen und meidet dieses Büro. Absolut unseriös und verlogen. Ich musste aus meiner Wohnung ausziehen. Der reinste Horror. Caution!!! Broker gives wrong information. The purchase contract had to be returned. I had to sue in court for 4 years before I got my point. Brokerage office pulls out of responsibility. Broker did not show up for court hearing. None of those responsible can be reached. Please do yourselves a favor and avoid this office. Absolutely dubious and lying. I had to move out of my apartment. The purest horror.

I called about the apartment ad, and I sent my data once to the Mail, once through their page reaffirmed the data, called and got the reply : "We don't have a key to the apartment, when we get the key from Hausverwalter we'll make an appointment for you. Days go by, no one contacts me, I send another e-mail explaining the situation and waiting for an appointment, getting a reply that the apartment has been rented. It's rude and unprofessional to lie to potential customers, you could simply write that you felt I didn't meet some of your criteria, not lie about not having a key and then renting an apartment to someone else.
