The kitchen is visible to diners, so that adds to the experience; the chef appeared to be the most relaxed, yet efficient, I had ever met. Our starters and mains were all superb. An excellent Italian wine selection too. We noticed the beef (steak) options too late, but they are cooked in a Green Egg and look superb. By Vienna standards, this was all good value too.

I have to admit I was really surprised by this place. Food is authentic, the service is top-notch and owners are super nice. Absolutely recommended.

Hands down the most delicious piece of beef I have eaten in a very long time (maybe even ever). It even got served with a special olive oil just for the beef dish. I also really liked that on both the wine and the food menu they have items that are affordable and some that are a bit more expensive so that everyone will be able to find something they can afford. As a starter we were served a complimentary selection of home baked bread, olive oil and two dips. I can't wait to go back!

Why we love this restaurant: fresh pasta, wonderful wine list with eclectic choices, solid service, outdoor seating, prices are very reasonable for the first district, and wonderful food. Tuscan style kitchen with the regional fresh ingredients represented en masse. One of our favorite places in Vienna. We had a starter, scallops and a tuna tartar. Very, very fresh, both wild caught and kight, clear food with no ingredients pusing in front of the flavor of the seafood. We next had pasta, meat raviloi and fettuccine, both fresh made that day. Superb. They also serve wonderful beef, from Tuscany that can be shared family style.
