Sowas wird leider immer seltener in der Medizin. Ich werde den Tag in 20 Jahren nie bereuen dass ich mich Dank ihrer Meinung gegen die OP entschieden habe. Es stimmt, dass man vielleicht manchmal etwas warten muss aber bei mir war es nicht so schlimm. Das liegt eben daran dass er sich so viel Zeit für einen nimmt aber damit bin ich absolut zufrieden weil unser Gespräch bei mir viel gebracht hat. Vielen Dank! Unfortunately, something like this is becoming increasingly rare in medicine. In 20 years' time I will never regret that I decided against the operation thanks to your opinion. It's true that sometimes you may have to wait a bit, but it wasn't that bad for me. That's because he takes so much time for you, but I'm absolutely satisfied with that because our conversation brought me a lot. Thanks very much!

Es ist deutlich zu spüren, dass ihm das erfolgreiche Senken des bei mir erhöhten Augeninnendrucks ein persönliches Anliegen ist. Seine freundliche und sehr wertschätzende Haltung den Patientinnen und Patienten gegenüber beeindruckt mich immer wieder. I have been regularly treated by Prof. Zirm for six years. Never before have my eyes been examined as thoroughly as his. You can clearly feel that the successful lowering of the intraocular pressure that I have raised is a personal concern of mine. I am always impressed by his friendly and very appreciative attitude towards patients.

Ich war heute bei einer Kontrolluntersuchung in der Privatklinik in Wien und wurde wieder sehr gut von Dr. Zirm und seinem Team betreut. Meine Lebensqualität hat sich derart verbessert, seitdem ich keine Brillen mehr brauche. 19 years ago, my eyes were restored using the Lasik procedure by Dr. Zirm lasered. Today I had a check-up at the private clinic in Vienna and was again treated very well by Dr. Zirm and his team. My quality of life has improved so much since I no longer need glasses.

c	cansu cakir on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Biggest rip off! The receptionist made me pay for her own mistake 240 euros because she decided to print out files that i never asked for. The doctor is not understanding at all and decided to rip me off as well. I highly do NOT recommend.
L	Liv Nevna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The disrespect Prof. Zirm showes towards his paying patients is indiscribeable! Before an eye surgery I had to wait 4 hours! The restlessness, because one is nervous before an eye surgery and the medication no longer seemed to work, was ridiculed with cheeky and uncivil comments. - Although controll appointments have been agreed as "included in the price", additional costs still have been charged. When I had problems after the surgery, he told me he would not charge my appointment for this. After the next controll appointment, he charged my last one and the one on this day. - Every other appointment the waiting time is about 2.5 hours at least. While his patients have been sitting and waiting, he was playing with his cellphone, chatting with his secretary about flowers or furniture for his office.

I had a last-minute, urgent eye-examination appointment, and the whole team very professionally and patiently examined my eyes, and explained everything to me in English regarding my diagnosis and the steps I needed to follow. All in all, I can whole-hardheartedly recommend Prof. Zirm's clinic!
