P	Pierpaolo P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non posso dare un giudizio su gli alloggi, ma posso farlo nei riguardi del modus operandi del proprietario. Premetto che tutto cio' e' avvenuto nell'arco di nemmeno 48 ore. Effettuo la prenotazione di un alloggio tramite e-mail e chiedo i dati per effettuare il pagamento. Il proprietario mi fornisce i dati ed io gli rispondo che avrei inviato un email a pagamento avvenuto; ricevo una sua risposta affermativa. Al momento di effettuare il pagamento, mi accorgo che i dati che mi aveva fornito erano incompleti e lo contatto per avere quelli completi. Lui mi risponde che in effetti si era sbagliato, ma che ormai l'alloggio non era piu' disponibile. Rimango basito di fronte ad una simile risposta e gli scrivo chiedendo spiegazioni di un tale comportamento, visto che oltretutto si trattava di un suo errore. La sua risposta e' stata : "i'm sorry, this is main season". (mi dispice,questa e' alta stagione). Vorrei inoltre far notare che a mia iniziale richiesta del costo dell'alloggio mi ha prima fornito un prezzo e dopo mia accettazione mi ha detto che si era sbagliato ed il prezzo era superiore (+40%). Ora mi chiedo : ma dove e' andata a finire la serieta', la professionalita' , la correttezza. Preferisco non fare commenti su un tale modo di operare e lascio a voi giudicare. I cannot give a judgment on the accommodations, but I can do it in regards to the modus operandi of the owner. I state that all of this happened in less than 48 hours. I book an accommodation by e-mail and ask for the data to make the payment. The owner provides me with the data and I reply that I would have sent an email after payment has been made; I receive an affirmative answer from him. At the time of making the payment, I realize that the data he had provided me was incomplete and I contact him to get the complete ones. He replies that in fact he was wrong, but that the accommodation was no longer available. I am thrilled in front of such an answer and I write to him asking for explanations of such behavior, since moreover it was his mistake. His reply was: "i'm sorry, this is main season". (sorry, this is high season). I would also like to point out that at my initial request for the cost of the accommodation he first gave me a price and after my acceptance he told me that he was wrong and the price was higher (+ 40%). Now I ask myself: where did the seriousness, the professionalism, the fairness go? I prefer not to comment on such a way of operating and I leave it to you to judge.
S	Selmin çetin doğan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartman binası klasik ve muazzam estetik Viyana mimarisi binalarla kıyaslayınca güzel değil ama kaldığımız daire (2. kat 14 numara) çok şirin ve kullanışlı bir daireydi. 1+1 ve açık mutfaklı dairede çok rahat ettik. Dairenin içinde günlük hayat için gerekli eşyaların neredeyse tamamı vardı, bir eksik hissetmedik. Anahtarı aldığımızda daire, yatağın altı hariç, pırıl pırıl temizdi. Yatak da salondaki çekyat da çok rahattı. Apartman aşırı ısıtılıyor ya da bize fazla geldi ama Şubat ayında Viyana akşamları ve gecelerinde evde hiç üşümedik hatta yandık :) Viyana'ya tekrar gittiğimizde yine fiyatı makul ve çok rahat olan Traditional Apartments'ı tercih etmeyi düşünüyoruz The apartment building is not very nice compared to the classical and grandiose Viennese architecture buildings, but the apartment we stayed in (2nd floor 14) was a very cute and convenient apartment. We were very comfortable in 1 + 1 and open kitchen apartment. Inside the apartment there were almost all the necessary items for daily life, we did not feel one. The apartment was clean, sparkling except for the bed, when we got the key. The bed was also very comfortable, also the sofa bed in the lounge. The apartment was overheated or too much for us, but we didn't feel cold at home in the evenings and evenings in Vienna in February and even burned in.
M	Marien Jimenez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me ha gustado la decoración, todo como describen las fotos, muy buenas por cierto ya que dan la impresión de un apartamento el doble de grande, aunque el plano es muy claro en las dimensiones. La zona agradable y bien comunicada aunque apartada del centro. Quizás un apartamento pequeño para cuatro personas si estas no son muy organizadas, no tiene mucho sitio en el armario. El pequeño balcón da a un gran patio interior que aporta un ambiente tranquilo. I liked the decoration, everything as described in the photos, very good indeed because they give the impression of an apartment twice as large, although the plan is very clear in dimensions. The pleasant area and well connected but isolated from the center. Maybe a small apartment for four people if these are not very organized, does not have much room in the closet. The small balcony overlooks a large interior patio that provides a peaceful atmosphere.
