It is far from the center and doesn't allow check in before 2pm. Can't even leave your bags there as there is no reception.

An apparent was very nice. If you come by car, be aware that you cannot park in front of the apparent without proper parking card, otherwise you will get a fine.

Relatively good appartments: clean rooms and fixtures, but sofa was extremely not comfortable for sleeping. Appartment is situated near subway / tram / bus stations, so it was not a problem to reach city center. There are also several coffee shops nearby and good local Gasthaus Kopp worth visiting.

The apartment by itself is well furnished and located close to the metro with easy access to the centre. Kitchen and bathrooms are quite good. However The behaviour of the owner is not appreciable. He visited our apartment on the second day without informing us in advance and took away all the towels for that particular apartment, and told us that that lot was for the next guests. i really wonder what towels were we supposed to use then ? Also i believe in such a case permission should be taken from us before entering the apartment. There was some laundry which was still running in the machines when we checked in, and we checked in well in the evening, although we collected the keys in advance. Towels are quite small, so make sure you carry your own towels, no bathing toiletries provided. Sofa bed is fine for one person only, for the second person its very uncomfortable. No sort of mops or floor brushes provided inside the apartment so that the place could be cleaned in case it got dirty/dusty.

It was a horrible experience. To start off, this place has no beds. Just something like a blanket thrown on a very stiff mattress. We booked for 10 but actually there was sleeping space only for 6. The owner is quite unfriendly. Entered our apartment in our absence. Made a complete mess of our belongings. Also had sheets running in the washing machine throughout our stay so it was of no use to us. The location is quite off from the centre, however connection by metro is there. Would not recommend this place given the price and overall facility.

There were all the premises for a short holiday dedicated to Art and the beauties of Vienna: a new apartment (or at least renovated in the interior), a great price and although not very close to the center, it had all the necessary logistical facilities: train and metro stop a few steps away, supermarket under the house, etc. Unfortunately, however, one of our travel companions began to have blisters on a large part of his body after the first night and, when he mentioned this to the manager of the apartments, he first of all admitted the aware of the presence of bed bugs, after which he began to list a series of critical issues bordering on the absurd: a broken drawer (and never used by any of us), the presence of the smell of smoke, ashes in the rooms and dirty condition on the floors, dirty sheets and asking for damages a sum of 300€. The communication of the presence of bed bugs had the one and only goal of making the environment healthy for future guests: we are good people, we hadn't intention of asking compensation for the damage and yet the answer was exactly opposite to our principles. I don't assign a star because I'm a gentleman. I always believe that mistakes are human and can be committed, above all because the potential of the apartment as I said at the beginning, is great.

Nice and clean room. Mostly just beds, though. No closets. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with the other guests though. They are both well equipped, with washing machine and lots of dishes. The location is nice. There is a tram and train line nearby.

I am sorry to say that I am leaving very unsatisfied and I feel quite cheated ... firstly, at no time was I informed that it was a shared apartment at the time of paying or at the time of the offer, secondly, the location was not set right in google and I went to a wrong apartment from which I had to walk 30 minutes with the suitcases to get to the right one, the third thing is that I pay for a cleaning that I have not seen during the 7 days that I have been in this apartment (I have had to sleep with the same sheets for 7 days in a row) not to mention that I went to lie down the last day from the house to bed and it fell apart, I tried to fix it and what I find, all the dirt and disgusting that I could see in all my life. And finally we asked you if you could change our apartment because the internet did not work well and we had telecommuting to which the landlord refused, it has been a very bad experience for me I hope never to return, Thank you ... I will be able to write a review so that other people are not affected in the same way
