Great advice from a really friendly staff (I think Eva was her name). We participated in a glacier trip - was a great experience!

Zumindest das Angebot, Prospekte und Informationen mitzunehmen, wenn schon nicht nachgefragt wird, ob man Infos zum Gebiet haben möchte. Man bekommt genau das, wonach man fragt. Nicht mehr, aber auch nicht weniger...
Room found with support, information could be communicated more. At least the offer, brochures and information to take, if not already inquired, if you want to have information about the area. You get exactly what you ask for. Not more but also not less...

Ampio e accogliente. Le signorine sono gentilissime e ci hanno dato tutte le spiegazioni per arrivare al Glossglokner in modo dettagliato ed esauriente. Ci hanno fornito di cartine stradali e orari di apertura delle varie strutture. Se ci sono dubbi sulla strada da percorrere o altre curiosità val assolutamente la pena di fermarsi e rivolgersi all'ufficio info.
It's a beautiful tourist information office.
Spacious and welcoming. The young ladies are very kind and gave us all the explanations to get to the Glossglokner in a detailed and exhaustive way. They provided us with road maps and opening hours for the various structures. If there are doubts about the way to go or other curiosities it is absolutely worth stopping and contacting the info office.
