We got in touch with someone right away who was so kind and helpful and even spoke English for us ;) The driver was there on time (maybe a bit early) and we were late and felt so bad, but he was patient and sweet about it. We were travelling with a two year old, so hard to get her going at 4 am! We had nothing to worry about because everything went smoothly and punctually. The driver was a great driver and we felt safe at all times. Best of all, after looking at many popular websites, this was the best price!
