Beim ersten Besuch bestellte ich klassisch eine Pizza, diese war super belegt, geschmacklich echt super und eine mega Portion. Beim 2. Besuch habe ich mich für ein Steak entschieden und wurde abermals nicht enttäuscht. Das Fleisch war sehr guter Qualität und mein Wunsch nach "medium rare" wurde voll entsprochen. Zudem ist der Service sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich freue mich schon auf den nächsten Besuch. Gruß aus Ried im Innkreis A real surprise! I have already come to Toscanini twice on a visit to the area and it was really great every time! On the first visit, I ordered a classic pizza, it was super topped, tasted really great and a mega portion. On the second visit I decided to have a steak and was not disappointed again. The meat was very good quality and my wish for "medium rare" was fully met. In addition, the service is very friendly and courteous. I am already looking forward to the next visit. T	T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essen ist zwar gut, aber der Umgang mit Kunden ist echt nicht nett. Jedes Mal wenn man anruft und etwas bestellen will bekommt man nur die Antwort: „Haben keine Zeit“. Ich weigere mich in Zukunft so eine Haltung zu unterstützen. Food is good, but dealing with customers is really not nice. Every time you call and want to order something you only get the answer: “Don't have time”. I refuse to support such an attitude in the future.
D	D C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider ist es mittlerweile die Regel, dass nicht abgehoben wird wenn sie gestresst sind & man auf Bestellungen zum Teil über 1 Stunde warten muss. Ich kann ja verstehen, dass man mal länger warten muss wenn es voller ist. Aber so wie das in letzter Zeit abläuft, sollte man den Service „Bestellen & abholen“ einfach nicht mehr anbieten. Dann noch total genervt abzuheben und seinen Unmut am Kunden auszulassen ist absolut nicht in Ordnung und mehr als unprofessionell. Oben drauf wurde am Schluss einfach aufgelegt ohne sich zu verabschieden. Wenn zumindest euer Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis gut wäre könnte man da ja noch ein Auge zu drücken. Wenn eine gewisse Pizzeria in Micheldorf heute nicht zu gehabt hätte, hättet ihr mit Sicherheit keinen Anruf bekommen. & diese werden in Zukunft auch ausbleiben, genauso wie Besuche. Leider nicht mehr das, was es mal war. Unfortunately, it is now the rule that you do not answer when you are stressed & you have to wait more than 1 hour for orders. I can understand that you have to wait longer when it is full. But the way things have been going on recently, the “order & pick up” service should simply no longer be offered. Then taking off completely annoyed and taking out your displeasure on the customer is absolutely not okay and more than unprofessional. On top of that, at the end it was simply hung up without saying goodbye. If at least your price-performance ratio was good, you could turn a blind eye. If a certain pizzeria in Micheldorf hadn't been open today, you certainly wouldn't have received a call. & these will also be absent in the future, as well as visits. Unfortunately not what it used to be.
