★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet fällt jeden Tag mindestens 2 mal aus an manchen Tagen geht es gar nicht oder nur sehr langsam. Techniker war schon 2 oder 3 mal da hat immer das selbe gesagt und hat nie was geholfen. Wir haben angeblich eine 100 Mbit/s Leitung bekommen jedoch höchstens 15 Mbit/s. 2 Sterne weil der Kundenservice nett ist.
Internet breaks down at least twice a day, on some days it doesn't work at all or only very slowly. Technician was already 2 or 3 times there always said the same thing and never helped anything. We supposedly got a 100 Mbit / s line but at most 15 Mbit / s. 2 stars because customer service is nice.

Das Internet funktioniert sehr gut und ohne große Probleme. Sollte es einmal doch technische Schwierigkeiten geben, helfen einem die Mitarbeiter so schnell wie möglich weiter.
Expert Luwy wird von mir aufgrund Jahrelanger ausgezeichneter Erfahrung bedenkenlos weiterempfohlen. Sowohl im Bezug auf Internet, als auch als Fachhändler.

The internet works very well with no major problems. Should there be any technical difficulties, the staff will help you as quickly as possible.
I recommend Expert Luwy without hesitation based on years of excellent experience. Both in terms of the Internet and as a specialist dealer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Glasfaser Internet ist eine bodenlose Frechheit! Es funktioniert meistens nicht und wenn es funktioniert dann mit höchstens 25 Mbit/s und nicht mit 100 wie versprochen. Techniker war schon 2 mal bei mir ohne Erfolg. Ich bin sehr unzufrieden und leider bin ich nicht der einzige der das Problem hat!
The fiber optic internet is a bottomless cheek! Most of the time it doesn't work and if it works then with a maximum of 25 Mbit / s and not with 100 as promised. Technician has already been to me twice without success. I am very dissatisfied and unfortunately I am not the only one who has the problem!

Wir sind innerhalb von Kirchdorf übersiedelt und in der neuen Wohnung konnte das herkömmliche Internet nicht mehr installiert werden, da nur mehr Glasfaserkabeln verlegt wurden - kurzerhand habe ich bei Euch nachgefragt, wie schnell Ihr das Internet (Homeoffice) herstellen könnt ... Der Chef persönlich kümmerte sich um die Aktivierung - sehr unkompliziert und darüber hinaus auch noch im Eiltempo, denn ca. 2 h nach meiner Anfrage lief das Netz und noch dazu mit einer bei weitem höheren Bandbreite als ich es vorher gewohnt war. Die Portierung des Festnetzanschlusses war dann eigentlich nur mehr ein Klax und reine Formalität. In Zeiten wie diesen empfinde ich solche Serviceleistungen als wohltuendes Alternativprogramm zu den großen Playern, bei denen lange Wartezeiten, Bürokratie und ein mühsamer Vertragsdschungel in der Regel zum Alltag gehören.

Dear Luwy team, dear Charly!
We moved within Kirchdorf and the conventional Internet could no longer be installed in the new apartment, as only fiber optic cables were laid - without further ado I asked you how fast you can set up the Internet (home office) ... The boss himself took care of the activation - very uncomplicated and also in a hurry, because about 2 hours after my request the network was running and with a much higher bandwidth than I was used to before. The porting of the landline connection was then actually just a hassle and pure formality. In times like these, I find such services as a pleasant alternative to the big players, where long waiting times, bureaucracy and a tedious jungle of contracts are usually part of everyday life.
