★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nichts funktioniert so wie es soll, der Kaffeeautomat hat mir mitlerweile schon um die 16€ geschluckt, bei barzahlung und auch bei kartenzahlung. Es sagt zwar betrag wurde nicht abgebucht aber auf meinem konto sind trotzdem die 2€ weg und das passiert sehr häufig. Auf meine beschwerden wird nicht reagiert. Der franchise partner meldet sich nicht und dem sein mitarbeiter meint die können mir mein geld nicht zurück geben... pizzautomat hängt sich ständigst auf...
Nothing works as it should, the coffee machine has already swallowed around € 16 for cash and card payments. It says the amount was not debited but the 2 € are still gone on my account and that happens very often. There is no response to my complaints. The franchise partner doesn't answer and his employee says they can't give me my money back ... pizza machine hangs up all the time ...
