P	Patrick Cermak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gutes Geschäft für Backzubehör. Eine gute Auswahl an Produkten. Eher im Niedrigpreissegment angesiedelt, aber gute Qualität. Sehr freundliches Personal. Ich war in der Filiale im Gasometer und komme gerne wieder. Good business for baking accessories. A good variety of products. Rather in the low price segment, but good quality. Very friendly staff. I was in the Gasometer branch and would be happy to come back.

Nie wieder tortenwelt, es gibt gsd genug anderen Geschäften. One star is way too much for this shop!!!! Attention!!! Some goods rancid and exchange problematic!!! Never again Tortenwelt, there are enough other shops.
L	Lisa Ch. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Geschäft ist groß, die Auswahl aber leider nicht besonders, beispielsweise gibt es keine Auswahl an Streuseln, etc, ein großer Teil des Verkaufsraumes wird von Dekoration für diverse Anlässe eingenommen, die aber nicht direkt mit Torten / backen zu tun haben, wie etwa Girlanden. Das Personal ist (wenn im Verkaufsraum anwesend) höflich, aber NICHT fachkundig (z.B.: Lebensmittelfarbe auf Wasserbasis für das färben von Schokolade empfohlen, wer das probiert hat weiss genau das klappt nicht, ein anderes Mal wurde eine weniger deckende Farbe empfohlen, als die mit stärkerer Farbintensität). Preise im Durchschnitt € 1,- €2,- teurer als bei ähnlichen Geschäften. The shop is large, but unfortunately the selection is not particularly great, for example there is no selection of sprinkles, etc. A large part of the sales room is taken up by decorations for various occasions that are not directly related to cakes / baking, such as garlands . The staff is (when present in the sales room) polite, but NOT competent (e.g. water-based food coloring recommended for coloring chocolate, anyone who has tried it knows that it doesn't work, another time a less opaque color was recommended than the one with stronger color intensity). Prices on average €1,- €2,- more expensive than similar shops.
