J	Joe Blue on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bilder werden schön allerdings verstehe ich das mit den Öffnungszeiten nicht ganz... auf Ihrer Seite steht bis 17 Uhr. Ruft mich am Abholtag eine Dame um 15 Uhr an und sagt dass sie früher Feierabend machen will und ich soll jetzt kommen ?! Wieso muss ich mich nach dieser Dame richten wenn Ihre Öffnungszeiten bis 17 Uhr sind? deshalb leider nur einen Stern! Pictures will be nice, but I don't quite understand the opening times ... on your side is until 5 p.m. On the pick-up day, a lady calls me at 3 p.m. and says that she wants to finish work earlier and I should come now ?! Why do I have to follow this lady if your opening hours are until 5 p.m.? therefore unfortunately only one star!
W	Werner Ritter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es hat alles wie beschrieben funktioniert. Das Tortenbild war nach 15 min abholbereit. Ich wurde per E-Mail informiert. Everything worked as described. The cake picture was ready for collection after 15 minutes. I was informed by email.
M	Mädel Gini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Service beim bearbeiten der Motive, sehr persönlich und individuell - ich bin gerad noch vor Ort und wir haben verschiedene Motive von mir ausgedruckt. Bei einem Bild habe ich den Bildausschnitt etwas ungünstig gewählt, jetzt drucken wir es nochmal, ohne dass ich darum hätte bitten müssen ( ich hatte mich schon damit abgefunden). Super Sache und jetzt gehts für mich ran ans Geschenke machen :) Super service when editing the motives, very personal and individual - I'm just still on site and we have printed different motives of mine. For a picture, I chose the picture unfavorably, now we print it again, without that I would have to ask for it (I had already resigned to it). Great thing and now it's up to me to make gifts :)

Excellent - was quick & uncomplicated. Ordered via the online form and ready for collection within 1 hour. Price is also completely ok

Der Mitarbeiter bei der Abholung Vorort war sehr freundlich. Ich werde gerne beim nächsten Anlass wieder hier bestellen. Top, there is not much more to say. The printing is very fast and uncomplicated in good quality. The staff at the pickup suburb was very friendly. I will gladly order here again at the next event.
S	Sabine Pauzenberger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe gerade mit einem Mitarbeiter? von Tortenbilder telefoniert, da mein Tortenbild, dass ich am 1.11.2021 mit der Option 1-2 Werktag Lieferzeit noch nicht erhalten habe bzw. heute am 5.11.2021 ein Zettel von der Post im Postkasten war, dass ich es morgen abholen kann. Der Mitarbeiter hat mir erklärt, dass die Schuld an der Post liege und ich mich ja bei der Post beschweren kann. Und wenn ich nicht zu Hause sei, sei es ja meine Schuld, dass ich das Paket nicht bekäme (wohlgemerkt 1-2 Werktage sind nicht 5.11. sondern 3.11.) ...also meine Schuld. Der Mitarbeiter? war echt nicht freundlich und da kann das Bild, dass ich schon bezahlt habe und morgen hoffentlich abholen kann, noch so schön sein. Ich kann Sie leider nicht weiterempfehlen, da ich den Service und die Problemlösungsstrategie nicht in Ordnung finde. Ein Entschuldigung hätte mir gereicht. I just got off with an employee? of cake pictures, because my cake picture, which I have not yet received on November 1, 2021 with the option of 1-2 working days delivery time, or a note from the post office in the post box today on November 5, 2021, that I can pick it up tomorrow. The employee explained to me that the responsibility lies with the post office and that I can complain to the post office. And if I'm not at home, it's my fault that I didn't get the package (mind you, 1-2 working days are not November 5th, but November 3rd) ... so my fault. The employee? was really not friendly and the picture that I have already paid and can hopefully pick up tomorrow can still be so beautiful. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend you to others as I find the service and the problem-solving strategy unsatisfactory. An apology would have been enough for me.
