1 Stern mehr nichts..
Very rude customer service. You are exposed as a customer because I didn't know that DHL wasn't delivering to Tom's Paket Express !!

Ich wollte ein Paket abholen lassen in Ungarn, habe die RICHTIGE Adresse angegeben, und der Fahrer schaffte es nicht, den Ort zu finden und das Paket abzuholen. Es wäre sehr dringend gewesen und ich habe sinnloserweise eine Woche damit verbracht, das Paket über die Firma TPE abholen zu lassen - Vergeblich !!!
Danach bin ich selber nach Ungarn gefahren, und habe mir es bei der von mir genannten Adresse ohne Probleme abgeholt.
Very bad service!
I wanted to have a package picked up in Hungary, I gave the CORRECT address and the driver couldn't find the location and pick up the package. It would have been very urgent and senselessly I spent a week having the package picked up by TPE - in vain!
Then I went to Hungary myself and picked it up at the address I gave without any problems.
