★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was home all day waiting for my important UPS delivery and dazzling myself with UPS notification that my package will be delivered to me at 16:00 hours, and than something amazing happend, I went out to check my mailbox and then I've seen it, just standing there, it wasn't there 10 minutes ago, but now it is, like it felt from the sky ( or delivered from a lazy UPS delivery man), an enveloped UPS notification that I, myself, wasn't at home when they "rang" on my door and that I must go 6373983 miles to the nearest post to pick my 'hit up... Well I was at my home and, your laziness makes me sick. You don't even try reaching your own costumers by simply pushing the ringbell button, I'll be pleased with " hey dumba'', here's your 'hit, pick it up so you don't have to go 638838 miles by yourself "

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad ,very bad, the package should came on 3. Februar, but it hasn't.After 3 days and waiting with no any information when it will come they left a package in front of building. Not at least in front of apartment door ,but in front of building?!?why, please tell me why?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UPS is literally the worst. Even the regular and cheaper post is better. Its like the drivers are being forced to work. Make a single trip to ur house, ring the bell n before u get downstairs n rush to the gate, the mofo is gone with ur package leaving a note it was ur last chance.i wish these amazon shops stop sending any packages via this weird company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 day delay, didn't ring, left the parcel at a shop. After you track your delivery on the phone, you can talk to a 'service employee', which can't tell you more about the delivery than you already know.
This happened to me before with UPS.
Don't trust the service employees.
From now on, I demand them to make someone responsible for the delivery and I'll note their name.
After every delivery I got so far, I wished that someone at UPS gets fired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UPS provided the delivery date and timeframe. After the timeframe was gone UPS informed that delivery will by by end of the day but till midnight nobody rang the bell. No UPS asked to wait for an delivery update. If you call you just get the answering machine. Very frustrating.
We just wasted one day home to receive the parcel ? and we don’t know how much longer to wait.
Very poor service from UPS because it’s declared as express delivery!!?
