C	Choi Alice on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundliche Verkäuferin, hässliche Socken. Die Verkäuferin folgte uns auf Schritt und Tritt und kam sehr merkwürdig rüber. Wir haben uns sehr unerwünscht und vor allem unwohl gefühlt und haben den Laden schleunigst verlassen. Unfriendly saleswoman, ugly socks. The saleswoman followed us at every turn and came across as very strange. We felt very undesirable and, above all, uncomfortable and left the store as quickly as possible.
I	Ivana Tomsic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eigentlich bewerte ich keine Shops..... aber wenn ich im Shop eine Mitarbeiterin an der Kassa die mich ansieht tatsächlich 3MAL mit "Grüß Gott" begrüße und man echt garkeine Reaktion bekommt.....ist das echt ein Wahnsinn!!!! Das ist mir noch nie irgendwo passiert....und ich bin nicht gerade unauffällig& leise. Ich selbst habe jahrelang im Verkauf gearbeitet& kann da echt mehr als die meisten Mitmenschen nachvollziehen ABER abgesehen das das Geschäft leer ist& man direkt mittig paar Meter vorm Eingang steht ist das echt bedenklich! Es tut mir echt leid aber das ist ein ABSOLUTES NO GO!!! Actually, I don't rate shops ..... but when I greet an employee at the cash desk who looks at me 3 TIMES with "Grüß Gott" and you really get no reaction at all ..... that is really amazing !!! ! This has never happened to me anywhere ... and I'm not exactly inconspicuous & quiet. I myself have worked in sales for years & can really understand more than most people BUT apart from the fact that the shop is empty & you are standing in the middle of a few meters in front of the entrance, that's really questionable! I'm really sorry but this is an ABSOLUTE NO GO !!!

Werde dieses Geschäft nicht mehr besuchen! Privately telephoning saleswoman does not work at all while serving or paying, and then even sluggish when asked about it! Will not visit this shop again!

Ich kann mit Sicherheit sagen, da arbeitet die schlimmste und unfreundlichste Verkäuferin von ganz Wien! Eigentlich hatte ich in ganz Europa noch nie so eine negative Erfahrung, und Sie können mir glauben, ich reise viel und kenne viele Geschäfte! Die Verkäuferin war nicht nur unfreundlich, sie war direkt böse. Sie begrüßt die Kunden nicht, führt dramatische Telefonate auf einer fremden Sprache, ist total unfreundlich, schaut die ganze Zeit böse an, wie eine Stalkerin, aber direkt böse. Entweder hat sie keine Ausbildung, oder keinen Respekt vor den Kunden. Höchst wahrscheinlich beides. Und hat offensichtlich keine Manieren. Sie ist noch dazu sehr ungepflegt. Ich werde dort nie wieder einkaufen. Ich kann mein Geld woanders ausgeben, es gibt viele gute Geschäfte mit Verkäuferinnen die ihre Kunden respektieren, freundlich sind und gute Manieren haben. That was the worst shopping experience i ever had !!!! I've never been treated so badly in my life! I can say with certainty that the worst and most unfriendly saleswoman in Vienna works there! In fact, I have never had such a negative experience anywhere in Europe and believe me, I travel a lot and I know a lot of businesses! The saleswoman was not only unfriendly, she was outright angry. She doesn't greet customers, makes dramatic phone calls in a foreign language, is totally unfriendly, looks angry all the time, like a stalker, but is outright angry. Either she has no training or she has no respect for the customers. Most likely both. And obviously has no manners. It is also very neglected. I will never shop there again. I can spend my money elsewhere, there are many good deals to be found with shop assistants who respect their customers, are friendly and have good manners.
H	Henriette Ruzicka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War heute im Shop im Donauzentrum und muss sagen, so etwas habe ich "Gott sei Dank" auch noch nie erlebt ?Ich war die einzige Kundin im Laden und musste nichts desto trotz lange warten bis sich die Verkäuferin dazu bequemte aus dem "Kammerl " heraus zu kommen. Entweder telefonierte sie drinnen lautstark oder sie unterhielt sich mit wem anderen ⁉️ Begrüßung Fehlanzeige, bedienen musste sie mich eh nicht, weil ich hatte die Masken die ich kaufen wollte aufs Verkaufspult gelegt und habe bezahlt und sie ist sofort wieder nach hinten gegangen. ? Es ist echt schade, ein netter Laden. Aber so eine muss nicht sein.. Angestellte ?NEIN DANKE Was in the shop in the Donauzentrum today and I have to say, "Thank God" I've never seen anything like this before ?I was the only customer in the shop and had to wait a long time until the saleswoman made herself comfortable out of the "Kammerl" get.
