Thinking forward to a news for future replacements, my wife and I scoured the internet for a shop that carried the panda and would be willing to ship to our home in Canada. After many refusals, we connected with the team at Tom & Jerry Kindermoden in Vienna. Not only were they happy to add a shipping option to Canada through their storefront, after the initial quote was quite expensive, they sought a cheaper shipping option for us. After gratefully purchasing a couple spare pandas, the package arrived with a handwritten note and small gift from the store.
