Me and my boyfriend went on the terrace and we ordered a pizza (to take away - to eat it in the park near by) and some drinks...I saw that she was offended because we took seat (the terrace was empty) and we wanted to take away the pizza. When she brought the pizza I asked her polite if we can pay by card...she replied in a very rude way that she prefers cash because is not a big amount (16 eur). My boyfriend gets his wallet and gives her 50 eur and she asks how much tip do we let her because it's not included on the check (again in a very irritated way)...we let her 1 eur because we arrived at the conclusion that she is a beggar in fact...the pizza was good, but doesn't worth 10 eur when you are received like this...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food and kind service. Menu was only in German but used Google Translate to help. Great selection of food and drink. Cozy and a little fancy atmosphere with a separate smoking section indoors. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you want to spoil yourself a little. Maybe a high price but great compared to Norway where I live. For ex: paid about 26 € for a steak dinner with soup starter and wine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first time we ordered a delivery and honestly it was a decent pizza. Nothing to complain. But today we went there for the first time. After we sat about ten minutes on a table outside (all the tables were empty) and nobody came to give us menus, I went there to ask for it myself. The waiter/owner (a relatively old guy) asked if we have reserved a table--we hadn't. He then was so surprisingly unfriendly that we decided to leave without ordering. He didn't say a word. He just went inside like nothing has happened. such courtesy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly service & what gorgeous dessert. Perfect to go along with their wonderfully strong, Italian cappuccino. Well-deserved four stars (the lack of star no. 5 comes from the street noise when sitting outside, in their: Gastgarten, located directly at the corner of a bigger street). Restaurant management has changed a couple of times - good luck, to their new team. Have enjoyed my lunch here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was incredible and the service personnel was absolutely lovely. Very authentic Italian food from great ingredients. The only minor negative point would be maybe a slightly slower service, but the experience as a whole made up for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only had a simple Italian-style pizza, but it was definitely worth eating, with fresh ingredients, quickly served, nice crust, nice and fast service. More lunch restaurant than evening restaurant atmosphere.
