Beim ersten Siloabtransport wurde die Dachrinne und Dachstuhl unseres Carports beschädigt, obwohl wir ausdrücklich gesagt hatten,dass man mit einem Lkw dort nicht durch fahrne kann. Der Fahrer wollte einfach weiterfahren und keine Schadensmeldung machen, hat sich bloß aufgeregt,warum das alles so lange dauert.
Beim zweiten Mal hatten sie die Telefonnummer von uns falsch eingespeichert, daher um 6:30 Uhr bei meinen Eltern Sturm geläutet, beinahe unsere Glocke kaputt gemacht und sich nur aufgeregt.
Für eine Dienstleistung nicht zu empfehlen!
The drivers of this company are disrespectful and unreliable.
When the silo was removed for the first time, the gutter and roof structure of our carport were damaged, even though we had expressly said that a truck cannot drive through there. The driver just wanted to drive on and not report any damage, he was just upset why it was taking so long.
The second time they entered our phone number incorrectly, they rang my parents' storm at 6:30 a.m., almost broke our bell and just got excited.
Not recommended for a service!
