★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider schlechte Erfahrung gemacht. Zum Termin pünktlich erschienen das war es dann aber auch schon. 2 Mal telefonisch vertröstet bzgl Angebot und auf schriftliche Anfrage gar keine Antwort bekommen.
Unfortunately bad experience. Arrived on time for the appointment, but that's about it. Put off twice over the phone regarding the offer and received no answer at all to a written request.

Nach Ersatztermin am nächsten Tag leider zwei Wochen kein Angebot bekommen. Nach kurzer Rückfrage und vereinbarter Angebotslieferung Tags darauf leider wieder nichts bekommen. Bei neuerlicher Rückfrage - mit Ausdruck meines Unverständnisses der wiederholten Versäumnisse - wird nun gar kein Angebot geliefert (weil man es sich wohl aussuchen kann). Muss jeder für sich selbst beurteilen.

Unfortunately, no offer was received for two weeks after the replacement date the next day. After a short inquiry and agreed delivery of the offer, the next day unfortunately nothing was received again. If you ask again - expressing my incomprehension of the repeated omissions - no offer will be delivered (because you can choose it). Everyone has to judge for themselves.
