Bitte nicht von der letzten negativen Rezession täuschen lassen, war selbst anwesend und derjenige, der das geschrieben hat, hat sich einfach rücksichtslos und respektlos verhalten. Wer nur Zigaretten möchte, kauft am Automat, wer dazu noch eine nette Bedienung möchte, kauft bei Trafik Fellner.
Top tobacco shop. Always friendly and courteous. Please do not be fooled by the last negative recession was present and the one who wrote it just behaved ruthlessly and disrespectfully. If you only want cigarettes, buy from the machine, if you want nice service, buy from Trafik Fellner.

Ein Carlos Santana Ticket wurde nachweislich (Rechnung wurde vorgezeigt) nicht zurückgenommen. Konzert wurde jedoch wg. Corona abgesagt. Hr. Fellner behauptet, dieses würde nicht von ihm stammen! Die Rechnung konnte auch nicht am Computer aufgefunden werden. Er konnte sich den Fall nicht erklären und meinte, ich solle Ö-Ticket anrufen (kostenpflichtig). Auf meine letzte Bitte den Fall nochmals zu prüfen wurde nicht reagiert. Sorry, das geht gar nicht! Fall wurde - wenn auch ungern - dem Anwalt übergeben, wird außerdem dem Konsumentschutz gemeldet. Sehe keinen anderen Ausweg.
CAUTION WHEN PURCHASING TICKETS !!
A Carlos Santana ticket was demonstrably not withdrawn (invoice was presented). However, the concert was due to Corona canceled. Mr. Fellner claims that this was not made by him! The invoice could also not be found on the computer. He couldn't explain the case and said I should call Ö-Ticket (for a fee). There was no response to my last request to re-examine the case. Sorry, that doesn't work at all! The case was handed over to the lawyer - albeit reluctantly - and is also reported to consumer protection. See no other way out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schade. Bin früher sehr gerne in diese Trafik gegangen. Heute wollte ich ein Rubbellos mit 3 € Gewinn retournieren, auszahlen lassen und einige weitere Lose kaufen. Nachdem mein Rubbellos nicht ganz aufgerubbelt war wurde ich von der Dame hinter dem Pult aufgefordert dies zu tun. Ganz ehrlich... wenn sich in diesem Geschäft kein weiterer Kunde befindet wäre es nur eine freundliche Serviceleistung gewesen, selbst diesen Schritt zu tun. Eine Kleinigkeit aber ich denke, es gibt genügend Trafiken in Wien mit mehr Freundlichkeit. Dort lasse ich in Zukunft lieber mein Geld für Rubbellose und Zigarillos aller Art.
Too bad. I used to enjoy going to this tobacco shop. Today I wanted to return a scratch card with a € 3 profit, withdraw it and buy a few more tickets. After my scratch card wasn't completely rubbed off, the lady behind the desk asked me to do so. In all honesty ... if there is no other customer in this business it would only have been a friendly service to take this step yourself. A small thing but I think there are enough tobacco shops in Vienna with more friendliness. In the future I would rather leave my money there for scratch cards and cigarillos of all kinds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achtung Automatenfehler werden nicht erstattet und es ist ihnen egal. Einfach Betrug !!! Obwohl alle beweise vorhanden ist, mir ist sowieso egal es geht nicht um 10€ sondern um Prinzip rest wird von Konzumentenschutz geklärt.
Attention, machine errors will not be reimbursed and they do not care. Just a scam !!! Although all the evidence is available, I don't care anyway, it's not about 10 € but about principle rest is clarified by consumer protection.
