★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Sportmassage bei Lisa, war super effektiv, bei meinen Verspannungen auf Grund des Krafttrainings war mir klar, dass es auch schmerzhaft werden könnte. Mit ein bisschen atmen und gemeinsamen Lachen war es nur halb so schlimm und Lisa hat genau die richtige Dosis gefunden, wir haben auch davor besprochen, wo der Fokus liegen soll und den „Härtegrad“ ;) Vielen lieben Dank - komme gerne wieder.
The sports massage with Lisa was super effective, with my tension due to the strength training, I knew that it could also be painful. With a little breathing and laughing together it was only half as bad and Lisa found exactly the right dose, we also discussed beforehand where the focus should be and the "degree of hardness" ;) Thank you very much - I'll be back.
