M	MaRen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war diese Woche das erste Mal zur Fußpflege dort und war leider ziemlich enttäuscht darüber wie die Behandlung abgelaufen ist. Der Empfang war nicht besonders freundlich, ich hätte mir etwas mehr Kommunikation gewünscht. Die Dame, die die Behandlung durchgeführt hat, hat sich mir nicht vorgestellt, sondern mich recht schnell in ein Behandlungszimmer gesetzt. Während der Behandlung hätte ich mir außerdem gewünscht, dass mir die einzelnen Schritte erklärt werden oder zumindest kurz angesprochen wird was als nächstes geschieht. Stattdessen ist es einfach recht schnell erledigt worden. Es ist natürlich Geschmackssache ob und wie viel man gerne erklärt bekommen möchte, aber mir persönlich wäre es wichtig gewesen zumal ich das erste Mal dort war und ich mir dann auch nicht wie eine Kundin von vielen vorgekommen wäre, die mal schnell abgehandelt wird. Letztendlich ist alles so erledigt worden wie es vermutlich sein soll nur ein wirkliches Wohlfühlerlebnis und das Gefühl willkommen zu sein war es leider nicht. This week I was there for the first time for foot care and was unfortunately quite disappointed with how the treatment went. The reception wasn't particularly friendly, I would have liked a little more communication. The lady who carried out the treatment did not introduce herself to me, but rather quickly sat me in a treatment room. During the treatment, I would also have liked to see the individual steps explained to me or at least briefly mentioned what happens next. Instead, it was just done pretty quickly. It is of course a matter of taste whether and how much you would like to be explained, but it would have been important to me personally, especially since I was there for the first time and then I would not have felt like one of many customers who was quickly dealt with. Ultimately, everything was done as it should probably be, just a real feel-good experience and unfortunately it wasn't the feeling of being welcome.
E	Ella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war heute früh im Studio zur medizinischen Fußpflege bei Iris! Wirklich eine sehr nette, gut ausgebildete, kompetente Mitarbeiterin. Ich kann einen Besuch bei ihr nur empfehlen. Auch die Buchung über Treatwell hat sehr gut funktioniert I went to Iris's medical pedicure studio this morning! Really a very nice, well-trained, competent employee. I can only recommend a visit to her. The booking through Treatwell also worked very well

Wurde kompetent beraten und über kostengünstigere Möglichkeiten mit selbem Effekt aufgeklärt - welche dann auch gleich unkompliziert erledigt wurden. Mehrere Monate danach bin ich sehr zufrieden, weil die Behandlung ihr Ziel erreicht hat. Perfekt! Had an ingrown toenail and wanted braces on the nail. Was advised competently and informed about more cost-effective options with the same effect - which were then also taken care of in an uncomplicated manner. Several months later, I am very satisfied because the treatment has achieved its goal. Perfect!

Die Dame war sehr freundlich und einfühlsam, denn ich bin sehr kitzlig an den Füßen und daher nicht gerade einfach. Sie hat es echt super gemacht. Und die Preisgestaltung finde ich sehr fair. I had a really great pedicure done here. The lady was very friendly and empathetic, because my feet are very ticklish and therefore not exactly easy. She did it really well. And I think the pricing is very fair.

Ms. Agnes is just great! Warmed cloths, subtle ethereal room scent, the massage itself is simply divine! Absolute recommendation!
H	Heidi Schönsgibl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In Zeiten von Corona, bei über 15.000 Neuinfektionen in den letzten 24 Stunden war es für mich überaus irritierend, das kein einziger Mensch in diesem Studio eine Maske getragen hat. Weder Kunde noch Angestellter. Beim Empfang wurde auch nicht nach einem Impfnachweis verlangt, im Gegenteil als ich ihn vorweisen wollte wurde mir lapidar mitgeteilt dass ich ihn ja "dann" der Masseurin zeigen könne. Ich kann mir wirklich nicht vorstellen dass alle Mitarbeiter täglich getestet werden??? Von der Massage will ich hier gar nicht sprechen, der Massagetisch wurde vor meinen Augen völlig uneffizient desinfiziert, das hätte sie gleich bleiben lassen können. Ein Wahnsinn, einmal und nie wieder In times of Corona, with over 15,000 new infections in the last 24 hours, it was extremely irritating for me that not a single person in this studio wore a mask. Neither customer nor employee. At the reception there was no request for proof of vaccination, on the contrary, when I wanted to show it, I was told succinctly that I could "then" show it to the masseuse. I really can't imagine that all employees are tested daily??? I don't even want to talk about the massage here, the massage table was completely inefficiently disinfected in front of my eyes, they could have left it the same. Madness, once and never again
