Das einzige Problem ist die eine Kellnerin, die schon seit Jahren hier arbeitet und mit jedem Jahr immer UNHÖFLICHER und ARROGANTER wird?. Die ältere Dame mit blonden Haaren und Brille ist unglaublich frech! Egal ob man ein Croissant oder Kaffee to go, etwas im Café oder Eis bestellt, sie ist immer ungeduldig, unhöflich und genervt. Meine Kinder wurden von ihr mehrmals angebrüllt, weil sie beim Entscheiden länger gebraucht haben. Ich wurde im Café 40 Minuten vor dem Schluss nicht mehr bedient, weil ich warme Snacks wollte! GROẞE BITTE AN DIE LEITUNG - DIE FRAU MUSS RAUS, einige Stammkunden wie ich trauen sich nicht mehr rein wegen ihr! I love coming here for ice cream, delicious pastries, snacks, and pastry. The ambience is also very cozy and nice. The only problem is the one waitress who has been working here for years and who is getting more and more CRIME and ARROGANTER every year. The older lady with blonde hair and glasses is incredibly naughty! Regardless of whether you order a croissant or coffee to go, something in the café or ice cream, she is always impatient, impolite and annoyed. She yelled at my children several times because it took them longer to make decisions. I was not served in the café 40 minutes before the end because I wanted warm snacks! BIG PLEASE TO THE MANAGEMENT - THE WOMAN HAS TO GET OUT, some regular customers like me no longer dare to come in because of her!
L	Lina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr sehr unhöfliche Eisverkäuferin, antwortet nicht auf Fragen und reagiert genervt, wenn man nochmal fragt, obwohl die Frage nicht mal beantwortet wurde. Eis war zwar nicht schlecht, aber die Verkäuferin hat es für mich ruiniert. Very, very rude ice cream seller, does not answer questions and reacts annoyed if you ask again, although the question was not even answered. Ice cream wasn't bad, but the saleswoman ruined it for me.

Danke - nein, kein weiterer Besuch geplant - dies sollten sich andere auch überlegen - also keinesfalls zum weiter empfehlen. War mal gut - doch schon lange her. Staff under all criticism, lukewarm coffee, lukewarm toast just a big mouth, with totally narrow-minded statement of the staff. Thank you - no, no further visit planned - this should be considered by others - so do not recommend to recommend. It was good - but a long time ago.

Der Bananensplit war so lecker und die Portionsgröße mehr als ausreichend. Ich verstehe manche Rezessionen wirklich nicht! Meine Freunde waren auch alle vollauf begeistert. Das Personal ist auch total nett, und darauf lege ich viel Wert. Draußen war es sehr heiß an dem Tag, aber drinnen im Lokal total angenehm klimatisiert. Vom Straßenlärm hört man drinnen überhaupt nichts. Einfach zum Wohlfühlen! Eine richtige kleine Oase. Es gibt auch die von uns heißgeliebten Nöbauer-Mehlspeisen und einen sehr guten Kaffee. Ein echter Geheimtipp! Daumen hoch! A super nice, stylish restaurant! The decor is awesome! We felt very comfortable! The banana split was so delicious and the serving size more than enough. I really do not understand some recessions! My friends were also totally excited. The staff is also very nice, and I put a lot of value on that. Outside it was very hot that day, but inside the restaurant was totally comfortable air conditioned. From the street noise you hear nothing inside. Just to feel good! A real little oasis. There are also the beloved Nöbauer pastries and a very good coffee. A real insider tip! Thumbs up!
R	Ram Mah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Eis ist vom Geschmack „OK“ (bis auf Nutella - denn mit Nutella hat das nichts zu tun und schmeckt furchtbar). Aber das schlimme sind die Preise und noch schlimmer die Portionen.Heute um 17:00 Uhr eine Box gekauft, die war um mindestens 30% zu wenig gefüllt. 13€ für viel zu wenig Eis. Zum Vergleich: Das Eissalon La Romana in 1070 Wien ist eine Million mal besser weil die Qualität und der Geschmack auf einem anderen Niveau sind. Über Geschmack lässt sich streiten, über Qualität nicht. Da liegen nämlich Welten dazwischen. Die Boxen beim Tichy, La Romana, Schwedenplatz usw... sind alle voll - hier aber nicht. Schade. Fazit: Das Eis ist eigentlich OK mehr nicht, nur ist es überteuert vor allem aber weil dir Box nicht voll ist. Ich war jetzt verärgert wie ich heimgekommen bin und das bemerkt habe. Auf den Fotos sieht man das vielleicht nicht gut, aber die Erdbeereis_Portion passt komplett in einen Teelöffel. The taste of the ice cream is “OK” (except for Nutella - because it has nothing to do with Nutella and tastes terrible). But the worst are the prices and even worse the portions. Bought a box today at 5 p.m., it was at least 30% underfilled. 13 € for not enough ice cream. For comparison: The La Romana ice cream parlor in 1070 Vienna is a million times better because the quality and taste are on a different level. One can argue about taste, not about quality. There are worlds in between. The boxes at Tichy, La Romana, Schwedenplatz etc ... are all full - but not here. Too bad. Conclusion: The ice cream is actually no longer OK, it's just overpriced, but mainly because your box isn't full. I was upset now how I got home and realized that. You may not see it well in the photos, but the strawberry ice cream portion fits completely into a teaspoon.

Herrlich wohlgefühlt haben wir uns hier. Da hat man keine Lust auf Frühstück selber machen. Weiter so.. Delicious. Can you have breakfast here? The waitress (young woman) loves her work. She serves with joy and full of verve. That's the way it has to be. We felt wonderfully well here. Since you do not want to make breakfast yourself. Keep it up..

Für Banane musste ich 30 Cent aufzahlen (???). Geschmeckt hat es leider nach künstlichem Aroma. Ich werfe ungern Essen weg, aber in diesem Fall musste ich... Since the opening in 2019, the ice cream in the cup has been decreasing and the taste has not improved. In June 2021 I ordered the Mozart and Banana varieties. I had to pay 30 cents for a banana (???). Unfortunately, it tasted like an artificial aroma. I hate to throw away food, but in this case I had to ...
