Ich hatte noch nie mit so einem unprofessionellenn, und überforderten Mediziner zu tun. Es scheiterte schon beim Öffner der Befunde. Weiters wurden Begrifflichkeiten aus dem Zusammenhang gerissen, die nichts mit dem eigentlichen Fall zu tun hatten. Auch wurde mir eine Krankheit in einem Maße "diagnostiziert" die von einem Facharzt nicht bestätigt werden könnte, nur um die Entschädigungssumme zu drücken. Das hat man von seiner langjährigen Treue. I have been insured with Zurich accident-free for decades. After my first accident, I had to go to the insurance company. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional and overwhelmed medical professional. It already failed when the findings were opened. Furthermore, terms that had nothing to do with the actual case were taken out of context. I was also "diagnosed" with an illness to an extent that could not be confirmed by a specialist, just to reduce the amount of compensation. You get that from his longstanding loyalty.

Ich finde es eine Frechheit, wie mit Geschädigten ihrer Versicherungsnehmer umgegangen wird. Formulare auszusenden ohne genaue Informationen und beim Telefonat abgehakt zu werden als wär man ein Bittsteller ist kaum zu übertreffen. Unfriendliness paired with arrogance. Is that the company strategy of Zurich Insurance? Two phone calls - two disappointments. I think it's a cheek how injured parties are dealt with by their policyholders. Sending out forms without precise information and being ticked off during the phone call as if you were a supplicant is hard to beat.

Bis man dann von einem höher gestellten angerufen wird und nach 2 Monaten informiert wird dass doch nur die Verlust Anzeige und die Zulassung reicht. Wie ich es der guten Frau von Anfang an gesagt habe. Vielen Dank für nichts Diese Saison wird noch gefahren nächste Saison wird die Versicherung gewechselt!
