Hier lernst du den wahren Unterschied zu industriell produzierter "Feinkost" kennen. Insbesondere hervorzuheben sind die geschmacksexplosive Butter, das sagenhaft cremige Joghurt, der unglaubliche Camembert, das cremige Schaf und die alte Goas - beide himmlisch gut. Und erst der "Aschkäse" (Gorgonzola, bleib' wo du herkommst)! Aber auch die Freilandeier, die Bauernsalami, der Schinken usw. usw. Probier's einfach selber und lass dich charmant und witzig beraten und bedienen. Einfach "Richtig gutes Zeug"! The very best regional specialties have gathered in the Schmankerl-Alm. Here you will get to know the real difference to industrially produced "delicacies". Particularly noteworthy are the taste-explosive butter, the incredibly creamy yoghurt, the incredible Camembert, the creamy sheep and the old Goas - both heavenly good. And first the "Aschkäse" (Gorgonzola, stay where you come from)! Vor allem die Butter, Knödel (Spinat,Tiroler,Kas), Salami und die diversen Käsesorten :) Und nicht zu letzte die Familie die es betreibt. Unfortunately you can not give more than 5 stars. All of the products there are great. Especially the butter, dumplings (spinach, Tyrolean, Kas), salami and the various types of cheese :) And last but not least, the family who runs it.
