A	Angel Angel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Echt tolles Brot, egal welches und sooo leckeres Gebäck, jeden Cent dens mehr kostet absolut wert, nur schade, dass mans nur in der Markthalle und nicht mehr nach der Arbeit (bei einem normalen 8h Tag so gegen 16:00 uhr) bekommt ? aber dafür schon vor meinem Dienstbeginn, also vor 7 während sie noch ausräumen. Am Freitag in der Früh ist meist die Hölle los und man muss ein bisschen länger anstehen. Mann kann auch fragen was genau drin ist, alle 3 kennen sich perfekt mit ihren Produkten aus und erklären gern. Leider wird von der Verkäuferin (die mega lieb und immer gut drauf ist) die vorgeschriebene Maske nur halbherzig unter der Nase oder beim einräumen und nebenbei verkaufen garnicht oder unterm Kinn getragen.. Really great bread, no matter which and so delicious pastries, every penny more costs absolutely worth it, just a shame that you only get it in the market hall and not after work (on a normal 8-hour day around 4 p.m.) ? but but before I start work, i.e. before 7 am while they are still clearing out. On Friday in the morning all hell is going on and you have to queue a little longer. You can also ask what exactly is in it, all 3 are perfectly familiar with their products and are happy to explain. Unfortunately, the saleswoman (who is super nice and always in a good mood) only wears the prescribed mask half-heartedly under the nose or when tidying up and selling on the side, not at all or under the chin.

In der Markthalle sind die Produkte oft schnell ausverkauft aber man kann ganz unkompliziert auf Whatsapp vorbestellen und am nächsten Tag abholen. Very tasty bread made from ancient grains! Best bakery in Innsbruck! In the market hall, the products are often sold out quickly, but you can easily pre-order on Whatsapp and pick them up the next day.

Habe inzwischen alle Sorten probiert und kann sagen, dass für mich Brot genau so schmecken muss - auch am nächsten Tag! Besonders lecker finde ich die Seelen (ich hoffe, die schreibt man so). Absolut empfehlenswert und eine wunderbare Alternative zum ansonsten zumeist industriell hergestellten und aufgebackenen Brot. Super competent saleswoman who loves what she sells and is absolutely behind the fantastic products. Have now tried all types and can say that bread has to taste exactly the same for me - even the next day! I find the souls particularly tasty (I hope that's how they are written). Absolutely recommendable and a wonderful alternative to the otherwise industrially produced and baked bread.

Bioprodukte vom feinsten, ein purer Genuss , eine Geschmacksexplosion . Beste Beratung beim Kauf der Produkte, man fühlt sich einfach gut aufgehoben. Es lohnt sich selbst mal in einer Schlange zu stehen um solche perfekten Köstlichkeiten erwerben zu können. Hier werden wirklich nur beste Zutaten und Rohstoffe aus Urgetreide angebot. Ich kann mich nur wiederholen, es ist ein Traum und absoluter Hochgenuss, diese Backwaren zu verzehren. Ich wünsche dem Team der Brotschmiede weiterhin viel Erfolg und alles Gute für die Zukunft. Macht weiter so??? The finest organic products, pure enjoyment, a taste explosion. Best advice when buying the products, you just feel that you are in good hands. It pays to stand in line to buy such perfect delicacies. Only the best ingredients and raw materials from ancient grain are offered here. I can only repeat myself, it is a dream and an absolute delight to consume these baked goods. I wish the bread forge team continued success and all the best for the future. Keep up the good work???
