★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So many options! Great marketplace, perfect to stop and get a small picnic to bring up the mountain. Cheese, salami, and fruits were all top notch. It is very local so be sure to brush up on your German.

It's a covered market selling exquisite foodstuffs and flowers from Tirol and many other countries and regions around the world. Since the medieval time this place was a hub for goods coming from Italy and Germany. It's really worth a visit.

There were also some coffee shops but it was mostly food products. It looks like a nice alternative to supermarkets if you just needed fresh produce. A few things to see when you walk around.

The scenic view of the alps of Innsbruck while enjoying the mouth watering fresh fish grill with a glass of chilled Bavarian beer, what else do you need? A truly incomparable experience!
