Allerdings kommen Webanwendung und App sehr altbacken daher, zudem scheint das Unternehmen nicht den geringsten Sinn für moderne Standards in Sachen Kundenservice zu haben. No sense of customer service. In the field of project time recording the tool is ok and better than many others. However, the web application and app are very old-fashioned, and the company does not seem to have the slightest sense of modern customer service standards.

Uns wurde von Anfang bis Ende mit super kompetenten Mitarbeitern zur Seite gestanden. Auch jetzt in dieser Zeit der Krise und der Anpassung und Einführung eines Kurzzeitarbeitsmodells verläuft alles absolut glatt mit Timetac. Auf Anfragen erhält man umgehend eine Antwort durch den Support. Von meiner Seite aus würde ich auch 6 und 7 Sterne für Timetac vergeben!!! The introduction of the new time recording with Timetac worked wonderfully. We were supported from start to finish with super competent staff. Even now in this time of crisis and the adaptation and introduction of a short-term work model, everything is running smoothly with Timetac. Support will immediately respond to inquiries. From my side I would also award 6 and 7 stars for Timetac !!!

Sehr selten, dass wir einen so schnellen und kundenorientierten Service erleben durften. Fünf Sterne sind im Grunde zu wenig. ? Weiter so und vielen Dank! We have already had to write to support several times. Mostly because of little things. We are so satisfied with the time recording and customer service. Very seldom that we were able to experience such a fast and customer-oriented service. Basically, five stars are not enough. ? Keep it up and thank you!

Stationäre Zeiterfassungsterminals mittels RFID-Chips, die wir auch für die elektronische Schließanlage verwenden, vereinfachen die Prozesse. Die Smartphone-App ermöglicht die Zeiterfassung unkompliziert bei mobilen Arbeiten oder im Homeoffice. Der Support ist schnell und kompetent erreichbar und hilft uns, komplexe Konfigurationen einzurichten. We have been using Timetac for time recording with 5 locations for years successfully and to our complete satisfaction. Stationary time recording terminals using RFID chips, which we also use for the electronic locking system, simplify the processes. The smartphone app makes time recording easy for mobile work or in the home office. The support can be reached quickly and competently and helps us to set up complex configurations.
