Warteraum. Nur eine überforderte u. bemitleidenswerte Assistentin die auch noch Therapien durchführt. Auch wenn die Assistentin sagt, dass man sich nicht anstellen muss, wenn man nur etwas abholen will, kommt es immer deswegen zu Konflikten mit anderen Patienten! Natürlich muss man beim Arzt überall warten, doch nicht so extrem. The young doctor is certainly polite and committed! What should be improved, however, are the unbearable conditions in the waiting area. Overcrowded hallway and waiting room. Only one overwhelmed and pitiful assistant who also carries out therapies. Even if the assistant says that you don't have to queue if you just want to pick something up, this always leads to conflicts with other patients! Of course you have to wait at the doctor everywhere, but not so extreme.
