Die Mitarbeiter kennen ihrer eigene Apotheke nicht, geschweige denn ihre Patienten und umgekehrt..Ansonsten freundliche und bemühte Bedienung. This pharmacy has the simplest things out of stock, constant fluctuation of employees and the pharmacist brings confusion and chaos. The employees don't know their own pharmacy, let alone your patients and vice versa .. Otherwise friendly and eager service.

Davon könnten sich andere Apotheken eine Scheibe abschneiden. Medikamente, die für eine Person sehr wichtig und im Moment nicht lieferbar sind, werden mit viel Mühe und Aufwand besorgt. Doch plötzlich schlug die Freundlichkeit um, er bat mich unfreundlich eine Maske auf zu setzen. Ich erklärte ihm das ich ein Attest habe, wollte es ihm auch gerade zeigen. Das wollte er nicht sehen, Bedienung nur vor der Tür. Kam mir vor als hätte ich Aussatz. Der Mitarbeiter jedoch trug eine Maske und stand zusätzlich hinter einer Plexiglasscheibe. So abwertend, unvorstellbar. Mein Rezept für mein Asthmaspray brauchte ich ihm nicht mehr vorlegen. Ohne Worte Has been here several times, but today more than angry. I have already waited 20 minutes for an antigen test (on time & with an appointment) and still can't get it, although no one comes before me and no one is being tested at the moment.
