Eine Dame hatte sich für 40 Minuten am Telefon Zeit genommen mir zuzuhören und sie war über den gesamten Zeitraum hinweg geduldig und freundlich. Danke They always take time there for personal concerns, they are also happy to explain facts in detail. One lady had taken 40 minutes to listen to me on the phone and she was patient and friendly over the entire period. thanks
