Nur weil ein medikament (was hier übrigens sehr oft der fall ist ) nicht lagernd ist bekommt man andere grössenpackungen und wird mit der erklärung. Da musst sie halt noch mals zum arzt und neue rezept holen. Gipsfuss und ein gültiges rezept ist der dame egal. No Go war früher Top heute Flop. Das war das letzte mal ärgern hier You will be served very condescendingly and unmotivated by very arrogant ladies on Saturday lunchtime. Just because a medication (which is very often the case here) is not in stock, you get other size packs and will be accompanied by the explanation. You just have to go to the doctor and get a new prescription. The lady doesn't care about gypsum foot and a valid recipe. No Go used to be a top today flop. That was the last time annoy here
K	Karin Seiberl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auch wenn das Rezept nicht mehr sehr leserlich war muss ich mich deshalb nicht behandeln lassen als würde ich mir mein tägliches Substitol reinziehen müssen, sehr unhöfliche Bedienung mittleren Alters.Vielleicht würde eine Schulung gut tun oder man nimmt dies in Kauf Therefore, even if the recipe was no longer very legible, I do not have to be treated as if I had to drink my daily substitol, very rude middle-aged waitress, maybe a training course would do you good or you would accept it
T	Theycallme LELA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Schwester wollte letztens eine Flasche Sinupret umtauschen ( einen Tag davor gekauft und Rechnung war auch noch vorhanden) es waren schwarze Klumpen drinnen "ranzig" wenn man so sagen kann, und da wir es in der Fam oft benutzen, können wir aus Erfahrung sagen dass das nicht normal ist! Kann ja passieren ist normal nicht schlimm, aber der Apotheker hatte absolut kein Verständnis und ließ absolut nicht mit sich reden. Er war sehr unfreundlich und in einer Apotheke ist man genau so eine Kundschaft wie in einem normalen Geschäft! Wir sind als jahrelange Kunden sehr sehr enttäuscht. My sister recently wanted to exchange a bottle of Sinupret (bought a day before and an invoice was still available) there were black lumps inside "rancid" if you can say so, and since we use it a lot in the family, we can say from experience that that is not normal! Can happen is normally not bad, but the pharmacist had absolutely no understanding and absolutely did not let anyone talk to him. He was very rude and in a pharmacy you are just as much a clientele as in a normal shop! We are very, very disappointed as customers for many years.
A	Aida Beg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es tut mir leid, so eine Bewertung abgeben zu müssen, aber leider war mein Einkauf alles andere als ein positives Erlebnis. 1) Die Apothekerin (ältere Dame) war unfreundlich und hatte keine Lust mich zu beraten. 2) Es wurde versucht mir die größte Packung anzudrehen. 3) Bankomatzahlung ist im Jahr 2019 nicht möglich. I am sorry to have to give such a rating, but unfortunately my purchase was anything but a positive experience. 1) The pharmacist (elderly lady) was rude and had no desire to advise me. 2) It was trying to turn me on the largest pack. 3) Bankmatic payment is not possible in 2019.
