I often had the battery of my valuable watch replaced. Fast and competent.
Today, however, the always positive sales assistant helped me with an important decision through her years of experience. Good technical advice, she took the time to get to know me as a difficult customer and responded to my needs. I left the shop as a happy customer and will come back soon.
